Das Dekor in dieser renovierten Strandwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist traditionell und komfortabel. Alle Teppich wurde durch schöne Fliesenböden ersetzt. Die Küche wurde aktualisiert und ist voll ausgestattet. Der Balkon blickt auf den Strand und den Golf von Mexiko. Sie haben Meilen von weißen Sandstrand zu erkunden. Gratis Wifi. Land's End ist eine Wohnanlage im beliebten Stadtteil Sunset Beach. Das Gebäude Nr. 10 befindet sich direkt neben dem großen Pool und der Whirlpool-Badewanne vor Ort.

Love Lands End

This is the second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Quiet out on the south end of Treasure Island. Just the way I like it!

wonderful vacation

The condo was great,everything you would want for wonderful time. The rooms were a good size and any small issues we had were sorted quickly by the management company. But the best feature for us was the view and the close proximity to the beach 🏖.just what I needed after a long damp year in Scotland. We will return again on our travel to Florida in the near future.

Perfect for a few weeks at the beach.

Firstly, the bed was the most comfortable ever. The view from the kitchen looks through the condo and out over the Gulf. I appreciated the periodic text communication from the property manager with useful and timely info. We look forward to return.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the complex and its location away from busy roads; the pool and grounds were clean and well maintained and we couldn't have been happier. My only concern with the condo was the toilet and shower in the master bedroom - both of those are crammed into a small space and if you are a wider person, you won't be using the toilet in the master because it is a tight squeeze. If you're going to stay at this complex, get a higher floor. The growth along the beach meant that we couldn't see the sand from our room.

The check in was quick and easy and the agent that helped was was very nice and helpful. The condo was as described and clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival and after a few quick calls and a visit from a technician , the issue was resolved. The location is amazing. Very nice beach and facilities. We will definitely be back. The town of treasure island lights luminaries along the streets the night of Christmas Eve. My family enjoyed a nice long walk. Everyone was so friendly.

Treasure Island/Lands End

Lands End is a beautiful, gated community… well manicured landscaping, great pool, nice beach. The condo was beautiful but not ready at check in time. Housekeeping was running late and that was ok. The problem was they didn’t sweep/vacuum the floors. And the rest of the condo looked like it had been cleaned very superficially. I notified management and said if the unit had a vacuum I would have done it. Instead of apologizing and sending someone over to complete their work they brought me a vacuum! I’m just disappointed in how it was handled. We didn’t spend a lot of money on a condo to have to finish cleaning it. We didn’t let this cast a shadow on our stay. We really liked Treasure Island and area. We’ve traveled a lot and rented many condos and have never encountered this situation before. We usually never complain about anything. Not sure we could recommend or use Resort Rental again.

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Das Objekt hat uns gut gefallen. Das Mobiliar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber das konnte man auf den Bildern teilweise sehen. Bei uns ließ sich eine Außenjalousie nicht öffnen und die Balkontür war nicht verschließbar. Dies haben wir der Agentur per Email mitgeteilt, es aber kein Feedback......bzw. erst, als die Agentur etwas von uns wollte und wir noch einmal nachhackten Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren

Hallo Sabrina! Herzlichen Dank, dass sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine Bewertung abzugeben. Wir freuen uns, dass ihnen generell die Anlage Lands End gefallen hat. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass eine Nachricht von ihnen bezueglich der Balkon Situation nicht beantwortet wurde. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind da normalerweise sehr gruendlich und senden Maintenance, um sich um solche Dinge umgehen zu kuemmern. Wir haben eine recht grosse Anzahl an Ferienwohnungen in der Anlage Lands End. Vielleicht koennen wir ihnen fuer den naechsten Urlaub eine etwas moderne Wohnung anbieten. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank fuer ihr Feedback und dass sie Gast von Resort Rentals waren!

Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

It is a beautiful beach and resort property, family friendly, quiet, peaceful, location, yet close to everything. Bldg. 10 is beside the pool which is so convenient. Tile floors in the unit are a bonus for people with allergies. The bed in master is super comfy. Second bedroom needs new pillows and light from outside walkway shines through blinds. Did not appear to have a pull-out bed in living room. Need hooks or more racks to hang towels in bathrooms. Overall a bright, well-maintained unit with beautiful view! Resort Rental staff is marvelous to deal with!

Our only criticism would be the floors were quite dirty and the sheets on the beds were uncomfortable. Once we washed them and remade the beds it was much better.A few things were missing from the kitchen (utensils) but we made it work.A cutting board would be a nice addition though.We would stay there again however...!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, especially on the gulf side a couple of noisy bars on the channel side.We stopped in the office to check in about a possible early check in. We were told they would call our cell when ready. We received the call at 3pm. We went to the office for the keys and info. We arrived at the rental around 3:30. The service was surprised to see us, she did not speak or understand English. We returned a 4:30...service person was done and gone.Overall the rental was not updated as were told at booking. The furniture is very worn and some not so comfortable.Kitchen wasn’t sufficiently stocked with accessories and no dish washing detergent. It appeared that the kitchen items had been washed with out any auto dish washing detergent. We purchased auto dish soap and ran a load thru the dishwasher. Information about this specific rental would be appreciated. 3-ring binder? ie: locating the lint trap in the dryer. Setting the thermostat for a/c-heat, suggested restaurants in the area, rental equipment and location etc.The TV in the living room needs to be adjusted. The picture is larger then the screen and doesn’t fit. We learned to wear our sandals while in the rental. The bottom of your feet were black from the tile floor.We located one beach chair in the 2nd bedroom. The WiFi worked perfectly.The towel rack bamboo rods in the bathrooms sag. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is a joke along with the space between the toilet and closeness to the wall.This condo rental unit needs attention to details from the owners or those responsible for it. In the future I would by pass this specific rental unit for another unit in the lands end development. I’m sure other units have better accommodation with attention to details for the same money. The location is the best thing going for lands end.We do expect to hear back from you with regards to our experience

I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again. Only one concern and that was trying to get late check out. We had the cleaning service knocking on the door before check out time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is poorly maintained. This is the second year in a row we had to call for a repair man the first day there (toilet). The lighting in the kitchen was defect and the electrical outlets need tobe replaced in the living room (loose internal contacts).The screen doors in the master bedroom had tears and holes in them (mosquitoes!) The exhaust fan in the first bathroom sounds like it has loose parts in it and the sink drains very slowly.

Furniture is starting to show age, but still was fine. Weather could have been better. (Lots of rain) But we had a great time overall! We rented 3 condos for a family vacation, and all went great!
