The space
We have 5 beds and 1 foldable sofa bed, including 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 full beds (bunk beds) that accommodate up to 10 guests. The building has 2 floors and a lovely yard with no underground basement.

Master BDR: 1 King bed with en-suite bathroom
BDR 2(Upstairs): 1 Queen bed, shared bathroom
BDR 3(Upstairs): 1 Queen bed, shared bathroom
BDR 4(Downstairs): 2 Full beds(Bunk beds), dedicated bathroom.
Downstairs living room: 1 foldable sofa bed (71''x42'') Please find extra linen, pillow, and comforter for the sofa bed in the closet in BDR 4(downstairs).

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 located upstairs and 1 downstairs. All 3 bathrooms have showers and can help your group get ready quickly in the morning.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, the double deck, the garage, as well as the lovely yard. For your safety, you won't have access to the AC/furnace room and storage. Please watch out for your steps while traveling up and down the deck stairs at night when you use the Sauna on the lower deck.

Before you leave
1. Gather used towels
2.Throw trash away
3.Turn things off
4.Lock up
5. Dishwasher: Load used dishes and start a cycle. If it’s already clean, just leave the dishes in the dishwasher.

We appreciate your help in maintaining a clean space for all guests & keeping the cleaning fee reasonable.

Special Disclosure
We have 4 exterior security cameras for our guests’ safety. They are at the entrances of the building and all facing out and cannot see the interior of the house. They are located at the front door, garage door, deck stairs to the sunroom entrance and the north facing backyard. There is no interior camera or camera for sauna area.
