We’re glad the space worked well for your last-minute Princeville trip and that the location, room setup, and quick guest-count change made things easy. We also appreciate the detailed notes you shared afterward. The paver walkway is part of the home’s outdoor setup, and we understand it can take a little extra care when carrying luggage. The shower odor and cooling comments weren’t brought to our attention during the stay, so we didn’t have the chance to take a closer look at the time. We’ll make sure the shower and drain receive an extra housekeeping check. For cooling, the room is equipped with a mini split, along with a floor plug-in fan for additional airflow. Hawaii’s heat and humidity can sometimes affect how quickly a room feels cool, especially during the warmer parts of the day. We’re always happy to help guests with the setup or check anything during the stay if needed. We’re glad you still had a great overall visit and appreciate the thoughtful feedback.
