#️⃣ Heated Indoor Pool

★ The saltwater pool is the highlight of the cabin! The 16' x 8' Indoor Pool is heated to 84 degrees year-round.
★ The pool depth is 3-4feet deep. Use at your own risk and supervise children as there is no lifeguard.
★ Our pool undergoes weekly cleaning on Thursday (Tuesday as a back up) If you're staying with us on these days, we kindly request your cooperation. You don't need to be in the cabin during maintenance; the cleaning crew will use their own door keys.

#️⃣ Additional Things to Note:

☑️ An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $1,000 will be held offline two (2) days prior to check-in. The HOLD will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified.

☑️ Please note, the cabin is in a private resort, a mile up the mountain. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended particularly during winter months

☑️ The cabin has smart TVs/ Roku sticks that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.

☑️ For safety and to ensure the best service from our cleaning and maintenance team, cameras are located at the front and around the cabin. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

☑️ As you're in the mountains, you may encounter critters, bugs, spiders, and even bears (which are dangerous!). Please avoid approaching or feeding any wildlife. Do not leave food or drinks in your car, as wildlife may try to get in. Always keep vehicles locked.

☑️ Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be extra charges if found smoking

☑️We welcome pets ( Dogs only) in our cabin. Up to 2 dogs are allowed(less than 50lb each). The pet fee is $75 per night per pet up to maximum $299 per stay. *After a booking is confirmed, and we confirm the number and breed of dog(s), we will send you a separate request for the pet fee.
- Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
- Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
- All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records.
- Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.

☑️ Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies, including toilet paper ( 2 per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo & bar soap (travel size 1 per bathroom) Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items (from the local stores or Instacart to the cabin) when the initial supply runs out.

☑️ We offer Wi-Fi in our cabin through Comcast, which is the main provider in our area. While we don’t have many other options, please note that service can occasionally be interrupted during maintenance or severe weather like thunderstorms, rain, or snow. Also internet at 3rd floor of our cabin is spotty. Please plan accordingly.

☑️ There are no refunds for storms, snow, or power outages. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and coming prepared with bottled water and non-perishable items
