Everything was absolutely great! Location was fantastic! They was a few small issues we had the arcade games we could never get to work, the kids was very bummed about that, the top floor was coolest of them all the bottom 2 floors was really warm but there was fans we used. The other thing was the pool every time we opened the door alarm went off which was very loud but again it was a good thing because we could tell anybody went into pool room. Has a beautiful view & just the place itself was very beautiful & beds was extremely comfortable if I could I took the bed with me lol…..

Sorry the arcade games wouldn’t cooperate and that the lower floors felt warm — we’ll have maintenance check the arcade units and the HVAC/fan setup. Large family weekend getaway

The staff was quick to respond and assist with whatever we needed. Easily holds 6 cars possibly 7 if you have cars Beds we’re comfortable Pool, arcade games and hot tub were great for the young adults and teens. Planning to keep everyone entertained.

Great stay in the Smokies

Our group loved the cabin! It was as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. The cabin was clean and all the furniture was in good shape. The pool was great for all the kids and allowed the adults to rule the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

Family time

We had a blast! There were 11 of us staying here, and we had plenty of room! Enjoyed the pool, video games & even the karaoke machine. We had a great family vacation & enjoyed the accommodations. And it was really easy to get a hold of the property manager if needed. I will definitely stay there again if we go to Pigeon Forge!

Horrible beds

Good location, the beds had sink holes in them and were not comfortable. It was clean and very big. I would not stay there again unless they got new beds. If your just staying one or two nights maybe but more than that and your back will be hurting.

The cabin is in a good location. Close to Pigeon Forge and not too high up, so access was fairly easy. We had a large group and parking was a bit of an issue. Luckily we were able to park some cars at the bottom of the hill. There were several small issues that we were able to overlook, but a couple of large issues that were unacceptable. The coffee maker did not have a pot,the dishwaser flooded the kitchen, the bunk beds are very flimsy and I would not reccomend placing adults on the top bunk, the video games in the game room do not work. The biggest problems with the cabin and the reason for the poor review is due to how cold the main floor and lower floor were. We thought it was due to how cold it was outside, but then we found out it was because the house is infested with raccoons in the heating ducts.As we were sitting at the dining table, one decided he wanted to join us for dinner and attempted to come into the kitchen. We noticed that there were decorative tree stumps covering many of the heat vents and now we know why. There were also muddy racoon foot prints in one of the bedrooms and bathroom. Again, the heat vent in those rooms were covered with decorative stumps. The host has to know about this issue or they would not have covered all the vents. This placed our entire group at risk of possibly being bitten, not to mention the health risk of having raccoon waste in the vents blowing into the house.The host acted like they were unaware but its clear that they knew

We really enjoyed the property. The property was clean and well kept. Everything worked and we really enjoyed everything! The owners were also very responsive if we needed anything.

Beautiful place

Beautiful property great views and sunsets, great beds, the only thing is that there is no guest bathroom on main floor and no door on lower level, I should have brought a gate but didnt know there was no door. All and all I would stay there again
