Charming midtown cottage with central air and driveway parking, great location

A peaceful retreat in midtown Memphis! Birch Cottage was a 1940 garage that has been carefully converted into a charming guest house using mostly salvaged architectural materials. It is nestled in our sweet historic district of 100+ year-old homes and conveniently located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops. Guests will have full use of the driveway for off-street parking.

The cottage is a studio space incorporating bedroom, living space, and a kitchenette with a separate full bathroom, and a desk for workspace. There is a queen bed in the studio and we can add an optional full-size floor bed for additional guests / kids. The cottage has central air, wifi, a bathtub, and smart tv that allows guests to log in to any of your streaming services. Provided appliances: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. Tea, and snacks are provided.

You will have the cottage to yourself, and shared use of the backyard with patio and wood swing.
