Dies ist eine kürzlich renovierte, gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Haus befindet sich in Nord Olympia Viertel, das seine eigene Gemeinde Privatstrand mit Picknick-Tische, Pavillons, Feuerringe, und Spazierwege hat! Das Haus bietet Platz für 6 und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und 3 Bäder. Alle neuen Fliesen, Laminat und Teppichboden, neue W / D, Kühlschrank und Innenfarbe! Wie ein neues Haus

Wir lieben die südlichen Puget Sound Brise im Sommer uns kühl und das Salzwasser gemäßigten Klima im Winter zu halten. Das Haus ist eine schnelle Hop zum Landeshauptstadt (12 Minuten), 24 Meilen zum schönen Hauben-Kanal, 50 Meilen Mount Rainier-Nationalpark, der Olympic National Wald und Berge, und 40 Meilen nach Seattle. Eine große Basis im Süden Sound-Region zu erkunden!

House was just like the pictures - very comfortable - plenty of extra amenities with a well stocked kitchen. The private beach was wonderful just a short walk away. Neighbors very friendly/ very safe neighborhood.

We had family staying from out of town and this fit the bill. Everything was fresh and new. Nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to town to go see a live music performance in Olympia. About 15 minute drive.

Beach house

The house was great, had everything I needed and was in a very quiet neighborhood. Master bed was ultra comfy. Loved the walk to the beach and went there often. Minor negatives - would have appreciated if the deck furniture had been uncovered and cleaned so I could use it, and the kitchen and bathrooms needed a good scrub.

Hi Lynne, Glad you enjoyed the setting and had comfy beds! We just did a deep clean of all the kitchen appliances and all the bathroom fixtures after you left. We have been back to back and had difficulty getting that completed on the days of folks checking in and checking out on the same date. we do not uncover the furniture in between visits because we have very unpredictable weather even in the summertime. If you had sent me a note and said, can someone pop by and clean the table we would have been happy to do that! The table is always cleaned after each guest. Always communicate with your owner and I am always happy to respond and take care of things in time for you to enjoy while you were there!

Ann stone is an amazing host

This property is absolutely beautiful. There’s a back porch overlooking beautiful flowers garden area just Hop skip jump to the beach. Very accommodating house is very spotless clean and went above and beyond to make sure that we could book this day even while she was out of state which we greatly appreciate I highly recommend renting from her. She is definitely a great host. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely beach house for a wonderful family get together

The beach house was the ideal location for a long weekend with my two sisters, visiting from out of town. We enjoyed walking to the private community beach and the convenience of local shops and restaurants. We were joined for dinner one evening by my daughter, son-in-law, and adorable baby grandson! The weather was perfect for dining in the back yard. We made some new happy family memories. Thanks!

Very eco friendly

Very nice place and in a quiet neighborhood. Beach has a great view. The kitchen is furnished. The toilets are low-flow so hold the handle a little longer if needed. Don’t expect to take a steamy shower because the temperature is set low. My interactions with the hosts were pleasant.

This place was cozy, clean, well equipped, and homey.

We really enjoyed our Christmas stay here. The house was beautifully decorated with a nautical/beachy theme. But when we found the house additionally decorated with Christmas decor and tree it made our holiday gathering with family much more festive. This house is the best equipped of any we have rented, with a well stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook well for the holidays and plentiful linens. It is not huge but worked well for our family. There was easy access through the front door for a wheelchair-bound relative. We enjoyed the access to the community beach, the quiet location, and the general attention to detail. Our deposit was quickly refunded within a couple of days. We would definitely stay here again!

Far exceeded our expectations!

Three cousins and their spouses planned a get-together and our goal was to stay in this area for convenience to surrounding sites. This house on paper met our bedroom/bathroom needs and was competitively priced so we booked it really just desiring a nice reunion. However, when we arrived, we were exceptionally pleased with what we had booked. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with a short beautiful walk to the beach. House itself, inside and out, appeared almost new. Clean, odor free, well equipped and perfect for 6 adults. Kitchen/dining area opened to the den allowing for visiting whenever we weren't sleeping. Nice spacious deck and quiet backyard, too. All the appliances and washer/dryer appeared new. We spoke with several of the neighbors who were outside as we walked by to the beach and everyone was as friendly as could be. I can personally attest to the fact that the bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on (multiple times better than the one we moved to at the Seattle Warwick when we left!). Thanks for such a nicely appointed home for us to stay in! Would stay here again if in the area. My best VRBO experience to date.

We had a comfortable and cozy stay at the Stone's home. Our actual time there was very limited due to the event schedule that brought us to the area. It was great to get in late and have a clean, comfortable and inviting place for us to decompress. We appreciated the personal touches and would definitely stay again.

Delightfully cozy home

We came for a long weekend and chose this property for its proximity to the Wolf Haven International wolf sanctuary. (If you’re in the area and like nature, conservation, or wolves, check it out! Just 30 minutes away in Tenino). The house felt like home immediately; it was clean, bright, and comfortable, with all the small but important details taken care of: the heat turned up, coffee and tea and baking necessities in the kitchen, relaxing bath supplies for the amazing soaking tub. The yard is well-maintained and the garden looked great even in the winter. If you’re coming with a dog or two, the yard isn’t fenced and there seem to be many pups in the neighborhood, so make sure to keep an eye on them. All the dogs and people we met were very friendly and welcoming, too! It’s a good location, close to town but far enough that that the quiet neighborhood still feels like a destination—and the drive is through a great scenic landscape of farm and woods.

Enjoyed the location

A very cute house with nice amenities. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and was difficult for my husband and I to get into with our back issues. I was rushed to prepare the house for leaving, as we had early flights. It would have been nice not to have had to complete all the required cleanup. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to our son’s home. It was a very quiet neighborhood with some beautiful views of Puget Sound. A nice neighborhood to go for a walk.

Hi Diane, So glad we could provide you a cozy place to stay while you visited with your son in the area. We have thought about taking out the box spring on the master but many people have said they enjoy the bed? The jury is out on that one. At checkout all we ask people to do is run the dishwasher, toss the sheets and towels into the laundry room, and empty the garbage. I think that’s pretty standard for most VRBO’s but you certainly could’ve texted us and asked for an exception if you didn’t have time. Of course we could’ve accommodated you. Fantastic house in a great location

My family had a wonderful time staying at this house. The layout was great with the three bedrooms upstairs and a nice living area downstairs. The house had all the essentials you could need for cooking and such. The outdoor patio was fantastic and the backyard beautiful. The location to the beach and close to Lacey was perfect for us. Don’t hesitate, this house and the owner are great!

We have been managing a VRBO property on Bainbridge Island since 2012 and just purchased this house in 2015. We have completely remodeled the inside! Everything is new. Now we start on the outside. We love to travel and enjoy hosting travelers to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

This house has allowed us to work and live in two different states! It is peaceful and allows us to explore the south Puget Sound area returning to our Washington roots.
