Place was very nice and had everything we needed.

What we liked about this condo - easy to find, easy and safe parking, plenty of room, updated kitchen, good access to beach, golf courses nearby, restaurants nearby. Due to renting in February the pool very close to this unit was not heated yet. The thermostat in the condo was regulated not to heat above 70* which was colder than we like. The weather did warm up and raised the unit temperature to a more comfortable feel. We would rent again but not in February.

I'm so sorry you had an issue with the thermostat, the Nest thermostat tries to learn users taste over a period of time but it can be controlled manually and we had a hot January, so it may have tried to maintain a cooler temp. If you visit in the future I can assist you with it. Thank you so much for your input, I will add the instructions for the thermostat to our welcome information.

Communication with the owners was extremely good. Everything was very clean, and the condo is equipped with all of the essentials and more for an easy, relaxed stay.

My Vacation Getaway

This property was, as far as I'm concerned, even better than listed. When I viewed the posted listing and pictures, they were great. When I arrived, I realized it was definitely the right choice for my stay! I certainly will be contacting Chris shortly for my next stay!

Ocean front paradise!

Easy efficient rental process with great communication. Facility was clean, ideal location, on the ground floor, beachfront and convenient all in one of our favorite places. Will definitely do it again!

Wonderful venue

Our stay was great. The arrival and exit instruction were perfect. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was well organized. Access to the beach was easy and the view of the ocean was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Confortable and clean unit. Responsive owner.

We stayed for a month in January 2019. The unit has a nice layout. Each bedroom has a private bath and the washer and dryer are in unit. Patio in great with direct access to the beach. Beach here is wide and sand is great. The owner, Chris, is responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

lovely place

we were very disappointed that we were not informed about the building work that was going to start within the parking area and the condo above us, with the drilling and jack hammers between 8 am and 4 pm every day but not Sundays. I'm sure the owners would have been informed beforehand, and I'm sure some kind compensation would be a nice gesture and it did spoil most of our holiday/vacation. Oh, and just a small amount of maintenance TLC would not go amiss. Yours faithfully AWF

I am so sorry that there was construction going on in a unit above you during your stay, if I would have been informed I would pass that on but unfortunately there is no requirement that an Owner notifies other Owners that their remodeling their unit. They are only required to get a permit from the city. I would gladly give you 2 nights additional at no charge towards your next visit. Thanks so much for your input, Chris

This is a great condo it has everything you need for a great vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated, has secure parking and is located on a quiet area of the beach with easy access for walking. It has all the amenities you need for a visit to the Daytona Beach area.
