Luxus-Wohnung am Meer mit High-End-Upgrades und Designer dekoriert alle neuen Möbel in der gesamten Einheit. Tolle Lage am autofreien Strand, da an diesem Strandabschnitt keine Autos erlaubt sind. Alle Ozeanansichten sind mit direktem Ozeanansichten vom Wohnzimmer, vom Vorlagenschlafzimmer und vom 30 Fuß langen Ozeanfrontbalkon ungehindert. Der 30 Fuß Balkon kann durch das Hauptschlafzimmer und den Wohnbereich und die Küche zugegriffen werden.

Oceanfront 4. Stock, 2 Schlafzimmer Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Badezimmer mit neu renovierter, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Designer eingerichteten Wohn- und Esszimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer Glasschiebetür, die vom Balkon auf den Ozean führt. Die Küche verfügt über alle neuen Geräte aus Edelstahl sowie alle Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck und Teller, um Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zuzubereiten und zu genießen. Im Gerät befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten.

Das Gerät verfügt über Highspeed-Wifi-Internet und -Spektrumkabel sowie drei brandneue HD-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen (Klipsch) drahtlosen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, mit dem Sie Ihr Gerät verbinden können, um Audio abzuspielen.

Property was nice more than expected updated items in room. However it was hot in the room even though thermostat stated 71 the circulation in bedrooms was not the best it felt like 75 to 78 many times. Very impressed overall

Great spot - we loved our stay!

This place is exactly as pictured and the unit has been renovated perfectly. The kitchen was nice and modern with all the appliances you would want. The views are great, and the condo gets great light. The beach is on a non-driving part (uncommon in Daytona), so it feels private and more relaxed than the stretches up the street. Crabby joe's pier is a nice walk away (and you can go fishing there too)! Lastly, the pool area is freshly renovated and is great - there are great tables set up and high quality grills to use for a beachside dinner. Publix is also about 5 minute drive down the street, so it's truly so easy to just shop and then stay at the condo all weekend!

Great stay, perfect location!

We stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas 2021. The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed. The view of the beach from the south facing balcony was lovely and the sound of the waves is always so relaxing. This part of the beach is nice and quiet with no cars allowed which is perfect for us. The beds are very comfortable - to the point that my wife actually ordered a new similar mattress for our own home as soon as we got back! The owners were very quick and helpful on the couple of occasions we had questions. Our only small gripe, which the owners themselves aren't directly in control of, is that the swimming pool was very cold despite supposedly being heated. The weather was very nice during our visit (about 27C / 80F) and our kids would have loved to swim all day, but it was too cold to use for more than a few minutes. Maybe during the summer when the outside temp doesn't drop overnight the pool heater works better. Over-all a really enjoyable stay. We visit this area quite often as our family live close by and I'd definitely stay here again.

I agree with your comments regarding the pool, but the building policy is " When the outside temperature at night falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater will be off". This is because it would difficult to raise the temperature to a comfortable range when it gets cold at night. I hope you had safe journey home and wish to see you again in the future. - Jay

The check-in process was very easy, th grounds are very well kept and the location is perfect for a family. For the condo, it had been disinfected prior to our arrival. It was probably the most well equipped place we had stayed out kitchen wise. The beds were very comfortable and the tv had all the options to watch. The only things I would suggest to the owner is the following: 1) laundry baskets- you have to stay for 14 days so everyone is going to have dirty laundry and a basket would be helpful 2) a cooler or some things to help bring supplies to the beach. Overall a good stay!

The Condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We had some issues with the Airconditioning but the owner fixed it right away. Our children really enjoyed staying in this nice property.

Love the area

This was our first time at this condo but not to the area. The condo was as listed, spacious and had great views from all rooms. All you need is your suitcase. This stretch of beach is quiet and affords room to be on the beach or walking during high tide. Easy access to local activities and plenty of good eateries in the area. The complex is well managed, well maintained with nice amenities. The condo owner was very responsive and we had an easy arrival and departure process. We will be back.

Gorgeous and spacious, right on the beach

This was pretty much an ideal vacation spot. The unit was amazingly spacious and tastefully decorated; it was very clean and had a panoramic view of the ocean east and south of the building. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms were big and comfortable, the balcony was really long, and the living area was roomy and relaxing. The owner even dug out an old DVD/CD player for our retro needs! The Seychelles complex was also excellent, with friendly staff, a hot tub, shared grills, a large and clean swimming pool, and a beautiful deck facing the ocean (which is right next to the pool). The beach is gorgeous, too -- it feels like a private beach, very clean, not too busy, with strikingly clear water. Finally, the owner was very responsive to questions and requests, and made check-in and check-out very easy. We hope to come back. Overall: highly recommended!

This unit has a direct ocean view...just what we wanted. Appears to have been recently remodeled. Furnished nicely with all necessary appliances, kitchenware, washer and dryer. Covered parking. Roomy and comfortable. Are working toward another Spring stay in 2020. On a quiet, no drive section of the beach at the southernmost end off Daytona Beach Shores.

I loved watching the sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Everything was well maintained. The spa and pool were enjoyable and the beach access was convenient. Jay was quick to answer our questions.

FLAWLESS!!

My family had the best experience ever staying at this condo. The instructions to get access to the keys and amenities were super easy and very convenient. As soon as we got into the building, we felt our vacation started on the right foot. Everything was super clean, organized and gorgeous. You definitely feel at home in this place, it is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, laundry room, high speed internet, wireless sound system and cable. The place has an excellent view, with three interconnected balconies where we could enjoy a wonderful view of the beach and enjoyed amazing sun rises and romantic sunsets. The heated pool, spa, grill area and fitness center were spotless and well maintained. I almost forgot about the lovely beach, with clean compacted sand and warm water, that makes you feel that you never want to leave. The location is very convenient, with access to different options of restaurants and entertainment. Very centric to drive to amusement parks and historical places. Every single member of my family had a great time staying at this place. I would absolutely recommend this place to any friend and family. We can’t wait to get the opportunity to get back and enjoy this place again.

Fantastic!

Great location! Quite building with all the amenities and friendly hosts and neighbors. Walk right out to the beach to watch the sunrise or sunset. In unit laundry is a savior for families. Everything was clean and perfect! Will be back!

Trust me - you'll love this unit

I can't say enough good things about this property so I'll list them - this unit is HUGE, lots of space - 180 degree views - last high rise on the beach - gives unlimited views down the beach - close enough to Daytona beach to enjoy all the activities far enough away that you have the beach to yourself -would definitively rent it again - owner is very responsive

Fanstastic unit and the building

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was very clean and modern, absolutely nothing to complain. We have rented many condos over the years, but all had some issues but not here, so we were extremely happy. Everything in the unit is new so you do get a rundown and used vibe that you get at other condos. The unit has great and unobstructed views of the ocean as it the end unit with wall of glass and no other building in site. The beach in front is non driving beach so not too many people walk this far, hence it is clean and lovely without the crowd, which was great for our kids. The building itself is very well maintained has good amenities, including heated pool overlooking the beach, hot tub and steam sauna, which we all enjoyed. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Just as described .. wonderful views and great beach. Unit was very clean and everything there was new, nothing shabby or rundown. The building has great amenities, pool, hot tub and sauna that we all had a great time using all day, kids had a blast playing on the beach. Condo is very comfortable and spacious, not a cookie cutter beach spread like most other. Three flat screen TV and wire less internet makes it a plus for the kids in the evening. We had couple of questions and the owner responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful beach getaway

Spent the month of June in this spacious, renovated beach condo. It's a no driving section of the beach and has balcony access from three rooms with excellent views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. It is the last building on A1A heading south so there is a great view to the south. This also means there is no one looking across a parking lot from another building into your rental. We saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral while we were there. Nice clean pool area with 2 working gas grills near the pool deck. Plenty of parking. Garage access if it is raining is nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The building has wonderful amenities and it is very well maintained.

The building has also gone thru wonderful renovation and has a new lobby, club room and and amazing pool deck overlooking the beach.

The NO-Drive beach itself makes it unique for the Daytona area. The beach is always very clean and pristine and never crowded.
