Hot water tank: This home has a small 30 gallon hot water heater. You can enjoy a hot shower for 3-6 minutes. You’ll need to space showers 15 minutes apart.
Guest access
You’ll have the whole home and yard to yourself. This is our home went it’s not rented. The closets and some cabinet doors are locked.
Other things to note
Free street parking available and driveway parking is available for high profile cars. The driveway is steep.

Alexa is in the home. It’s used for smart home features for lights, music, fans, thermostat and more. If you prefer not to have Alexa during your stay just unplug them or ask and we will remove before your stay.

Carport and front porch has exterior cameras.

There are stairs (3 steps) leading onto the porch to get inside the house and two (2) steps to get into the main bedroom.

This is a house built in 1940. It is our one and only home. It maintains much of its 40s character and wear. The location to midtown is what makes this place great!
