We had another wonderful stay at this property during graduation week….this was actually our second time booking, and it continues to meet our expectations! The home is clean, spacious, and perfect for accommodating a larger group, which made celebrating such a special milestone even more enjoyable.The host was responsive and ensured that our stay was smooth from start to finish.The only downside, and this is not specific to this property…..was the overall cost during graduation week. Prices across Tallahassee are significantly higher during this time compared to what we’ve paid in the past, so that was a bit tough. However, that’s to be expected for such a high-demand weekend.Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Host was very responsive but odd that I had to reach out to get check in and check out instructions. Space and location of house is great and was perfect from that aspect. Some TLC to the house overall is needed but beds were comfortable, house was stocked well and was as described. Would stay again considering it was pet friendly as it’s hard to find properties that welcome dogs.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed plus extra! We did not get a chance to enjoy the beautiful pool, but we did enjoy the large deck. Lots of amenities in this house. It was a perfect fit for our large family. It was a quick drive to everything we needed.

We stayed at this home for our daughter’s graduation from FSU, and it was perfect! It had just the right amount of space, and the pool was beautiful—our daughter was in it every chance she got. I will definitely stay here again when she graduates from grad school!

Perfect property for a family gathering. In our case family weekend at FSU. The pictures accurately reflect the property which is beautiful lots of space and green areas. Nice pool, kitchen and the location is pristine. Beds were very comfortable as was all the linen and towels provided. The technology was perfect. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage Fire amazonTVs in all rooms. I recommend this property and owner 100% as per communication is excellent at all times and the check-in and checkout process was very easy and friendly. Very thankful and looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect for large family

We were in town for funeral. The home was a perfect spot to visit with family and friends. We had all ages at one time or another during our stay. Safe, quiet neighborhood in a great location.

The location of this house is wonderful. You are close to downtown without the noise. It was like living out in the country. The house was mostly clean but the floors were very dirty. I didn't have a mop or I would have given it a complete clean. The yard needs some major care. Things are really overgrown. My poor pup fell into an old koi ponds that was full of weeds, moss and filthy water. We had to bath her twice to get the smell out. I did contact Matt and he said he would address the issue. Some cleaning around the back yard would really improve the grounds. The beds were comfortable. We had what we needed to cook our meal. The Gas Grill was surprising clean because this is a major issue we have at all other rentals. The pool is excellent, but we were only able to use it one time due to a cold front came in a day early. They had plenty of pool towels which is not the rule at other places we stayed at which is also a BONUS. They have gazebo on the property that was so nice! The lights surrounding the gazebo was a bonus. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. The birds were awesome. So many cardinals. I wish they had a bird feeder. We loved the squirrels as well. We walked every night in the neighborhood, and it was fantastic. The pup really liked it. Plenty of light on the street and no traffic. I thank Matt for answering all questions very promptly. Perfect pool home

We came to visit the grand-kids, and the pool was perfect to entertain them and stay cool. They came over everyday and swam. We will most certainly rent this home in the future.

Family Trip Tallahassee

Out of town family traveled for graduation. We wanted a house big enough to accommodate everyone. This house was very comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, all rooms had very comfortable beds and supplies of towels. The house was nice and host is very responsive to any questions.

Daughters Graduation

This was a perfect selection for my family. The host was amazing, the property was emaculant. I traveled with two older parents the stairs to the master was challenging but the back deck gave them life😉! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering. The neighbors was very welcoming to my African American family.

Family reunion

Excellent location, plenty of room to spread out. They had coffee, tea and cocoa plus foil and Saran Wrap that usually isn’t provided but very much appreciated. The owner was excellent with communication. Only issue we had was there was a small pond that was dirty/covered so a bit of a hazard at first as it wasn’t obvious at first look.

Wedding Gathering

Loved loved loved all the space in this rental. Great for older adults visiting the younger families and gathering for a black tie wedding. We all had a blast. Kids loved exploring parks and neighborhood. The area is super close to the tux rental (Mens Warehouse) First Watch, Publix, etc. We went to the Maclay Gardens State Park...worth the short drive....and spent an afternoon. Huge trees there and around Tallahassee love this area! Great time...Thanks

Great Property

Large group in town for a graduation celebration. Home large enough to accommodate friends and family getting dressed and prepare to go to the graduation and return to the home for a small gathering. Enough room for 10 people to stay overnight. The home was very spacious,nice, and clean. Spacious outdoor area. Great communication with the owner. One minor issue with the AC that was resolved very quickly. May 23-25

A hamlet in the capitol city!

My large family had a wedding to attend in Tallahassee. Rather than stay at a hotel, we opted to rent a house. Best decision! The neighborhood is beautiful with old tree growth. The backyard was an escape from all the wedding hustle. The house was clean and inviting. Lots of space for all the kids. The pool is huge with a great deep end. Pool towels were provided! As were all other linens. Great amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cups and utensils. And, each bathroom had a stash of sundries such as q-tips, cotton swabs, toilet paper, and soaps. The house is literally minutes from everything and easy to navigate to and from. The owner was very easy to communicate with, as well!

Love this home

I loved this home a lot it’s very nice the only thing I didn’t like was the garage it was very old smelling and looking . Also the dishes were dirty and the pool was also dirty we tried to clean it ourselves but that wasn’t every successful. Lol and also there was a black snake in the pool But luckily my friend wasn’t scared of it and got it out of the pool/ also they don’t tell you there are cameras on the property which is fine just saying that should be mentioned in the amenities or else where before booking .. overall very nice house love it !

Very sorry for the issues with the dishes and pool. If you had communicated any of these to me I would have had my cleaners and pool service come by and resolve immediately. Also, I have added notes about the 2 outdoor security cameras to the listing. Thanks
