The treehouse provides an additional private bedroom and full bathroom, making it a magical yet functional space for both kids and adults to enjoy.

The Cabin

● Spacious Living Areas: The main cabin features an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for entertaining or lounging after a day of exploring. This floor also houses two bedrooms that share a beautifully remodeled bathroom.
● Comfortable Bedrooms: Three beautifully decorated bedrooms, including a master suite on the lower level with its own wood-burning fireplace and a king bed, provide the perfect retreat. The bunk bedroom offers a playful yet cozy vibe, while another bedroom features a luxurious king log bed, both located on the upper level.
● Modern Amenities: A fully stocked kitchen with unique wood accents and modern appliances ensures effortless meal prep. Two full bathrooms provide convenience, one with a luxurious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and body jets and the other with a large jetted tub and a hand shower.

The Treehouse

● Living Room: A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and playful yet stylish decor.

● Located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, the cabin is a short drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, charming mountain towns, and all the attractions Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Whether you’re looking to explore the outdoors or simply relax in a private haven, this retreat has it all.

Pet Policy

● Pets are allowed with $120 per pet fee( 2 dogs max no cats) have to be crated when you're not in the cabin with them.


What we provide
We provide linens, comforters, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with dishware, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, drinkware, cups, servingware, and more.
We also provide a starter set of supplies. This is not intended to last your entire stay, but is just to get you started. These include:
✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
✔ 1 cleansing bar per bathroom
✔ 1 shampoo, conditioner and body gel per bathroom
✔ 1 travel size tooth paste
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 dish sponge
✔ 2 dishwasher tabs
✔ 1 small bottle of liquid dish soap
✔ 1 small laundry detergent
✔ 2 trash bags per trash can
We do not provide wood for the fire pit. It can be purchased in bundles at many locations throughout the area. Do not cut down our trees, break off branches, or take from existing wood piles.

✔ PETS are allowed, up to 2 dogs (no cats) – no exceptions! $120 per pet. If you violate this rule you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit any security deposit and rental fees.
✔ NO SMOKING is allowed inside the unit. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and keep all cigarette butts contained – We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!
✔ PARKING: 6-car parking space.

You agree to and grant the owner and landlord access to the rental property at any time for inspection purposes if we have reason to believe that a guest is causing or has caused damage to the rental unit. You also agree to grant landlord access to the unit to perform any maintenance or repair. We reserve the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice if you cannot be reached.

Unit is to be kept clean and neat in the manner in which they are when you arrive. Use common sense. You agree to keep the unit neat and tidy, and put everything back where it was when you arrived, and put out the trash prior to departure. Please load the dishwasher and run it when you leave.
