Community Clubhouse amenities include - Fitness center (weights & cardio), 3 pools (Jr. Olympic pool heated year round and has gathering areas great for parties), beach pool, 6 pickle ball courts, 5 tennis courts, indoor racket ball court, sand & indoor volleyball, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds, bike/walking paths. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this enjoyable property has everything you need for a memorable stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Harbor pool is included with your stay is conveniently located one street north of the home. There is a key in the drawer to the right of the microwave. It is open from 6am until 10pm. This pool is not heated. There is a hot tub area that is heated. There is a nice covered area next to the pool with tables so you can enjoy eating there or just hanging out. Please be respectful of all at the pool and clean up after yourselves. The Clubhouse is available but requires a $125 HOA transfer fee paid to Val Vista Lakes at clubhhouse front desk located at 1600 E. Lakeside Drive Gilbert, AZ 85234. Please take a copy of the HOA Transfer form and print a screen shot of your VRBO reservation confirmation to give to the front desk person at the clubhouse.

- Paddle Board and AquaCycle can be reserved at front desk at clubhouse free of charge (they will ask you to sign a liability waiver form) and will provide you with life jackets

- Palm Patio or Cabana next to Jr. Olympic Pool can be reserved for family get togethers or parties
- Pro Shop Room - has sink and refrigerator/freeze and big gathering area next to tennis courts - great to reserve for family parties
- Firepit (located next to the dock just east of the Jr. Olympic pool) great area to gather at night to roast some marshmellows and have fun with family and friends
- Activity Room upstairs is a great area for gathering family and friends - has a TV and sink
