This place was great, very quiet and family friendly I wish that my next vacation this place still available. Will always come back to this property. The beach it’s actually 1 block away from it the place has chairs and a really cool game room (garage) I have 3 teenagers that love it too. Over all experience 10 out of 10 and it has a small pool in the back of the house great memories. Thank you

Caleb was fantastic! Check in was easy, communication was easy and fast — and we were able to get an earlier check in which was amazing. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, so clean! We had the most wonderful bachelorette trip and didn’t want it to end. Thank you so much to Caleb and his team. 5 stars all around

We loved our stay here, and will be booking again!Pros- clean, spacious, comfy beds pet friendly, family friendly, pool is perfect , neighborhood is awesome, golf cart, large home for multiple family’s, had everything we needed, plenty of towels and beach chairs/toys, short walk to community pool and beach, the booking agency was very helpful and provided all the info needed to have a perfect trip.

Perfect Paradise for large family

This home was perfect for our large group of 14 ranging in ages from 6-70. We loved riding the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the beach, also. We were not ready to go home because it was all so wonderful.

Daughter’s 16th birthday weekend

We had a great time. The place was beautiful. Very clean and nicely decorated. The management was easily accessible when we had an issue with the a/c and they fixed it quickly. It’s in a great location and close to everything you will need. It’s in a gated community and very safe. We would definitely stay again.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The property was spotless — every room felt fresh, bright, and beautifully maintained. You can really tell the team takes pride in keeping everything in great condition.The management company went above and beyond to make sure our short vacation was nothing less than perfect. They were so attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding right away to any questions.We only wish we could have stayed longer! Great for family!

This property has it all!! Pool, golf cart, beach chairs, bikes and even a game room (with an extra fridge, bonus!) and walking distance to the beach!! Fun for ALL ages! Our stay was very comfortable. The management company was extremely helpful! Any issue was fixed right away! Communication was excellent! Highly recommend this property!

Great property! This was my family’s first time staying at a Vrbo property. We had a great experience! Check in was smooth and easy. Communication was fast and solution oriented when needed. Rooms were spacious and clean! Loved the convenience of the bikes, security of the gated community which made us feel safe and close proximity to the beach. The pool was small, gym is also small but nothing that would stop us from staying here again.

After some issues with some problems in the house ; everything went smoothly. The big problem was offered another night at 25% discount rate and was ask to confirm with them ASAP which we did. They replied with confirming thank you we will get back with you that was late Wednesday afternoon 6/25/26 . We didn’t hear from them so assuming everything was a go we bought groceries on Thursday afternoon at 2pm. I receive a text around 4 that afternoon explaining checkout instructions I text and ask what was going on they then proceed to tell me their reservation team had already reserved it for that Friday night. Thank you for your patience was the last correspondence with us.We have a business and we definitely don’t run it like this we stand behind what we tell a customer.

We sincerely apologize that we weren't able to extend your stay. When we initially offered the additional night at the discounted rate, we were hopeful we could accommodate your request. However, while we were waiting for confirmation, another guest completed a reservation which included that open night. As soon as we realized what had happened, we reached out to that guest to see if they would be willing to move to another comparable property so we could honor your extension, but unfortunately they declined. We completely understand how disappointing that was, especially after you had made plans to stay longer. Please know we did everything we reasonably could to keep you in the home. Properties like this are in very high demand and can book quickly, which is exactly what happened in this instance. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you back for a future visit.

Pool was great! Very clean in all rooms except one where mice droppings were found! Should get that taken care of immediately! We loved the facility. Met all of our family of 11 needs. If it had just 1 salt & pepper it would be so appreciated by guests & more than 1 blow dryer! Communication with host was not available. Donna finally responded.

Destination Vacation turned it around

In our first rental, all seemed well until we were advised the unit about the garage had water damage making the stay for our guests in the space inhabitable. Quickly reached out to property management to confirm and then they found another rental just down from Destin in 30A no additional charge. Hopefully owners will fix so that all rooms are available to stay for others. Thank you!

The Best Destination Sunset!!!

I would love to thank Modern Beach Vacations Rentals for our wonderful experience/stay in Destin! It was the best weekend ever with my family and friends! They made it so easy to book with them and as soon as we booked they sent out emails with all information to the property and it made us so comfortable about our stay. The house is an absolute luxurious home in Destin and it is in a private neighborhood right across from the beach and the most famous local Seafood restaurant called "Crab Trap" which we drove to with the golf cart a few times during our stay, lol. This house offered so many amenities it was so awesome, especially with kids. Our children absolutely loved riding in the golf cart to the beach and swimming in the pool or playing in the game room. The cleaness of the home and the comfort of the beds also made this stay so relaxing. I can't wait to be back!!!!! Thank you all at Modern Beach Vacations Rentals!

The pictures are 100% accurate of the house. We had 8 people total and it was comfortable and perfect. The room that had two queen beds is above the garage and seperate from the house but it’s like a mini apartment. The garage is the game room and there is no air conditioner. They had a small fan but it didn’t work. The refrigerator in the house was not working but had a small one for us to use and one in the garage which was fine. The pool guy came by daily so it was always clean. Pool is small but nice to get in. Temps were very hot so the pool was also. There are chairs and a small beach umbrella in the garage and toys to make sandcastles. Be chairs could use some upgrades as some were rusted and broken. Outdoor seating was comfortable. Grass around pool could have been cut before hand and the area around the pools fence could have been cleaned up some more. Didn’t make a difference on the time we had, just thick of leaves and dried up stuff. Lots of comfortable seating for families to gather, play games and watch a movie or sporting event like the World Cup. Shower floors need deep cleaned, but were fine. Tons of beach towels supplied. Salt and pepper is not in the house so note it. Comfy beds and pillows. I would totally return! My family had the best vacation! Just about a few minute ride to the beach on a golf cart and a minute to the pool. Soooo close! House is great and the communication between the liason/host is great!

Overall, a very nice property, spacious inside and outside, esp parking. Super nice open space family room/kitchen. Location of the house is okay, the entrance to the resort can be congested due to traffic from the public beach access and Crab Trap restaurant across the street.Biggest concern is the lack of maintenance to address the expected wear and tear on a home - the floor on the first floor is showing the foot traffic, some unrepaired damages such as a hole in the front left column, musty smell in the garage/playroom, and back patio walls are dirty and could use painting. The ice maker in the main house frig had a hard time keeping up with demand.FYI, I reported several items while there, none of which were emergencies, and the host responded. I asked prior to arrival about beach chairs and was told there were none, only to arrive and find several chairs. The lack of accurate communication was disappointing. A few small things can detract from vacation fun. Overall a nice place to stay for a large extended family ... but it could be better with a bit more attention to details. Thanks
