Equipped with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the area offers breathtaking views. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen, featuring fresh Costa Rican coffee, an island, and all cooking essentials.



BEDROOMS



The house features five elegant bedrooms, four with ensuite bathrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has a king bed and two showers, including an outdoor option, while Master Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a detached bath. Downstairs, Bedrooms 3-5 provide varied layouts suitable for families and friends.

Each bathroom is designed for comfort, with bath towels, toiletries, and pool towels available. We provide eco-friendly body soup, shampoo and conditioner.



OTHER LIVING SPACES



On the ground level, enjoy a spacious game room with a pool table and stunning beach views. A rolling gate opens up to connect indoor and outdoor spaces effortlessly.



OUTDOOR AREAS



The exterior of the house is built to impress. The infinity pool with jets, a BBQ grill, and dining space make the outdoor deck an ideal area for entertaining.



The top-floor terrace is perfect for evening relaxation, complete with lounge chairs and stunning views.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, except for the laundry area, reserved for our onsite staff. Feel free to make yourself at home and explore every other corner of this beautiful residence.



Getting Around:

Even though the house is located next to a main road and has easy access by public transportation, it is best if you rent a car or hire your own dedicated private transportation.



If you need to move around the area you could use regular taxi service or if you have access to a smartphone device we recommend you use UBER service which is available in the area and is more affordable.

- The house is located 90 min away from the nearest airport (SJO).



- Daily housekeeping services are included, free of charge.



- High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.



- The house is part of a gated community, ensuring 24/7 security for your peace of mind.



- The property is easily accessible from the main highway, with plenty of parking available for up to five vehicles.



- This is not a party house, if you plan to party hard or celebrate bachelors parties, this is not your preferable place to stay. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am with no exceptions.
