The Space:

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. This beautiful home is located on a large lot in a quiet cove. You can swim, explore with kayaks, lay out on the dock's open deck area, or simply relax on the covered lounge area, enjoying the serene view of the beautiful lake! Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our grill on the deck. Enjoy the blue water views from atop of our massive deck. We have an open floor plan and offer 2 living areas including the main great room with a gas fireplace, and a lower level game room with pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade game, xbox, and other games. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home can sleep 16 with 4 bedroom suites including 2 King Suites, 1 Queen Suite, and a Bunk Bedroom Suite. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, dining area, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom suite (King bed), third bedroom suite (Queen bed), and laundry room. The lower level has the massive game room, and Bunk Bedroom Suite (4 Twin over Double Bunk beds).

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!



The Neighborhood:

Lighthouse Point is a premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is completely separate from the public side. The two sides are divided by dikes and are not connected by water, meaning boats and jet skis cannot travel between them. If you plan to bring your own watercraft, please contact us in advance, as the community boat ramp is not available for guest use.



Getting Around:

Lighthouse Point is a premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, and it's generally a quiet neighborhood. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles, and the front door is brown.

If there’s something you need and it's not listed, please ask for more information! Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, large deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, fire pits, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.



**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- Dog-friendly (up to 3 dogs; no other pets without approval)



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
