Great host communication was wonderful and the condo was very large inside. The kitchen was stocked and the entire house was super clean. I would certainly rent again. They made me feel like family for 33 days

Karla was fantastic and quickly responsive when I had a question. The unit was perfectly spacious for me and my daughter. I appreciated the puzzles she had since I had some spare time to just relax! The condo was very comfortable and cozy and met our needs. There is no washer/dryer, but there are a number of laundromats nearby. There is also a Fry's grocery store and a variety of restaurants nearby. I'm very pleased with my stay. 5 stars!

This property was just what I needed. Most of my time was spent running around but I needed a home base. It was clean, safe, perfect for one or two and Karla was very responsive.

Im sorry the complex wasn’t up to par, we do only own the unit that was rented. Maintenance is monthly on the property and it’s well kept in comparison to majority of the Phoenix area. Some things are up for repair with the HOA, but we make sure we bring up any issues with them and work constructively with them. For our entry system, it’s mainly for security reasons and guests protection. Thank you for having stayed with us and wish you safe travels!

Well cared for condo and host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My only concern is the scent of marijuana throughout. If you’re sensitive to it, you may be uncomfortable. Also be aware there is no microwave. Otherwise, a good place to stay as long as you’re aware of those 2 things.

We apologize about the smell, we are currently working with the HOA about certain neighbors who are affecting our renters stay due to the amount of heavy smoking. We do disinfect everything in the apartment and include now a fan and purifier to help combat any smells. We have noticed it’s just at the entrance and hopefully in near future, it isn’t there anymore. Our air fryer is a great replacement for a microwave in our perspective. We have our appliances listed and microwave isn’t on there as a fight against radiation, but we will consider it for the future. Thank you for your review so that it gives us better insight to make it a more comfortably stay!

This property lived up to its title of Comfy Condo. As noted by the ratings, it was good or better in all categories. Only two thoughts. It would have been helpful to know that there was no microwave prior to coming. The dishwasher did not clean very well.

Concerns about Exposure to Mold

The dishwasher needs to be replaced. When you open its door, you are hit with a very strong smell of mold. It had a few inches of standing water in it plus soap suds and obvious algae growth. It concerned us about our exposure to mold. We hand washed all the dishes because of it. There are moisture absorbing packets hanging from every curtain rod as well as a few air fresheners, a diffuser, and an air purifier. The property would be fine if it had a new dishwasher.

Hi Nathaniel, my most sincerest apologies on your unpleasant stay due to the dishwasher. We decided to do a deep cleaning on it after your stay and noticed the issues ourselves. It has been scheduled to be removed, we are upset we hadn’t been notified by cleaning crews prior to your stay to have had it fixed for you and your guests to have used it with its functionality. Aside from that, we appreciate your review and everything else in your stay was pleasant.
