Great Stay for a family visiting Disney!
This is a great place for family to stay especially for Disney Parks. Easy drive to parks especially Animal Kingdom. Very close to Walmart, Target, Publix, gift shops, mini golf, and large variety of restaurants.The host, Kerri, was fantastic. Very quick response. We came back from Park late and had a minor issue with a defective smoke detector. Kerri had a maintenance man out within 20 minutes and resolved the issue. Exceptional service.Screened in Pool was fantastic. We paid the extra fee to have heated and was very enjoyable. Be aware that the hot tub has jets but shares the same water flow as pool. It is warm but not "hot" like a stand alone Jacuzzi. Still very pleasant and the landscaping gave plenty of privacy with a nice view of lake.Be aware the game room is in the garage and not air conditioned. The garage door opens and in the evening it was ok but we wouldn't use it in the heat of the day.I recommend asking the host about consumables. For example, there was a coffee maker pot & cup, bean grinder, plenty of dishes, filter but no coffee. No laundry soap. No kleenix nor extra toilet paper. In many VRBOs that we've stayed, these items are commonly stocked but the norms in the Orlando area may be different than you expect.We simply made a Walmart run for anything we needed for the week.Overall, fantastic rental, great location, very comfortable beds, plenty of "living" space. We would definitely rent again and highly recommend.
