The pool can be heated to a max temperature of between 75 - 80 degrees, with an additional cost of $50 per day.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

The Neighborhood:
20 min drive to beach, nearby San Juan Capistrano has downtown shopping and restaurants, Hiking and biking trail access from the neighborhood.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

We have a NO pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, we only allow small pets with a fee of $100 per small pet per stay. And never large animals allowed. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
