As soon as we were notified, we immediately dispatched our cleaning team and the issue was fully resolved within approximately one hour. During our communications, you requested a full night's refund. At that time, we explained that we were not prepared to offer a full night's refund for an issue that was corrected promptly (within one hour), but asked that you contact us the following day so we could discuss the matter and determine a fair resolution. We never received that call. As a gesture of goodwill, we later offered a credit, but did not receive any further communication regarding the matter. We would also note that another member of your party used profanity during communications with us, making it difficult to have a productive discussion regarding a resolution. We appreciate your acknowledgment that the home itself was nice and accurately represented in the listing. While we regret the initial cleaning oversight, we acted immediately to correct the issue and believe our response demonstrated our commitment to guest satisfaction. This home has hosted many satisfied guests and has received numerous positive reviews over the years. We encourage future guests to consider our long history of positive experiences and our commitment to addressing any unexpected issues promptly and professionally.
