Our brand new condo in Kovay Gardens is a tropical oasis in a fantastic location. IIt is modern, stylish and spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It features a mini pool on the balcony & the resort complex has beautiful gardens, multiple pools, 2 restaurants & common areas. There is also a concierge onsite, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, private beach access, hot tubs & other resort amenities. You will feel like you are staying at a luxury hotel resort! Kovay Gardens is 5 minutes from downtown La Cruz, the Marina & the famous Sunday market.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the gardens. It has two spacious bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms and a mini pool on the balcony with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and live comfortably.

We have furnished the condo to a high standard and look forward to welcoming guests for extended stays.

(Please note that the walk from the condo down to the private beach is around 200 meters through beautiful gardens. Golf carts are also available).

*Please also note that there is some building work going on on the complex right now behind our condo, around 100m away, workers are building during midweek working hours and you may be able to hear this if sitting out on the balcony during the day. However, indoors, you really cant hear it as the balcony doors are heavy and thick*
