Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, our charming 103m2 apartment offers a strategic location and an upgraded living experience in the dynamic JBR community. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dubai's skyline, indulge in beachside activities, and relish the convenience of proximity to major landmarks.

The living room offers two sofas, including one that converts into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals with loved ones. A door opens onto a furnished balcony, providing a relaxing space to take in the stunning views of Ain Dubai.

The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.

Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

Rimal 3, part of the Jumeirah Beach Residences, is a prime location just a 5-minute walk from JBR Beach, offering stunning views of Ain Dubai. Bluewaters Island is within a 15-20 minute walk, while Dubai International Airport is a 35-minute drive, The Palm Jumeirah is 15 minutes away, and Marina Mall is just 8 minutes away.

This vibrant community allows you to explore both the JBR beachfront and Marina Walk, which are perfect for a relaxing stroll or a quick run. You can also rent a bike or scooter to enjoy the picturesque sea and cityscape.

Dining options are abundant, from casual eateries on JBR Walk to fine dining in nearby hotels and restaurants along Marina Walk. For shopping, Carrefour is conveniently located right in front of the building at the podium level, ensuring all your essentials are within easy reach. If you're looking for more options, Waitrose is available at Marina Mall.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 2, is just an 11-minute walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
