Welcome to our Windsor Cay retreat, where luxury meets convenience. Unwind within the 5,000 sq.ft. living area that opens up to a stunning patio. The villa houses five beautifully decorated bedrooms, housing up to 10 guests, with ample beds for everyone. Four sparkling bathrooms ensure morning queues are never a fuss.

The entertainment-ready living space warmly invites for casual gatherings or simply a night in with a movie - courtesy of the cable TV. The property radiates a sense of home enriched with vacation-exclusive amenities. With a well-equipped kitchen at your disposal, staying in for meals can be as delightful as dining out. The kitchen space includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, making self-catering a breeze.

Outside, the patio offers the perfect escape from the Florida heat with a refreshing dip in our private pool (additional fee applies for heating and is subject to availability). Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to the entire villa. Parking is free and available on the street. A key code will be provided prior to check-in for a secure and convenient entry. While the villa does not allow pets or smoking, it offers access to Windsor Islands resort amenities right at your doorstep. Enjoy a huge resort-style swimming pool, cabanas, water slides, and lazy rivers.
