The Hylo Treehouse - 18 min from Highlands

Summary:

The Hylo is our biggest, most playful treehouse at Highlands Treehouse Retreat —made for families and groups. It sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 kids with 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, and a Murphy bed. Kids get a hidden playroom and a speaker tube for secret chats, while adults can relax on nets, cross the swaying bridge, or climb to the crow’s nest for mountain views. End the day with the hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space to gather.



The Space:

Suspended in 7 trees, The Hylo is our boasts 1,200 sq ft of interior space and 1,000 sq ft of outdoor space making it ideal for groups or families.



Guest Access:

Each guest will enjoy access to the property’s amenities, including the Treetop Playground, Self-Service Boutique, and Natural Spa with Sauna & Cold Plunge (available November 2025).



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you review and sign our vacation rental agreement that will be sent by message. This is a standard step required by North Carolina for all short-term rentals and helps ensure everything is clear and smooth for your stay. Please sign and send it back to us within 48 hours of booking. Without a signed agreement, we won’t be able to honor your reservation, and you will be refunded.
