Welcome to Summit Sanctuary: Urban Elegance mins from Downtown! Our brand new luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom urban retreat with central air, is nestled amidst the serene beauty of ponderosa pines, yet centrally located for easy access to all local sightseeing destinations like:

This newly renovated, spacious 2-level home features large living areas perfect for relaxation and entertaining, plus a beautiful patio in the back for outdoor enjoyment. Unwind with a game of shuffleboard, a match on our classic-style arcade or explore the vibrant city and surrounding natural attractions, all just moments away. The entire property is set up with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Enjoy a lovingly decorated property that feels like home from the moment you enter.
Stepping through the elegant entrance, you will access the expansive open-concept living areas, boasting high ceilings and numerous windows, providing an abundance of natural light.
The entire group will have space to socialize and spend time here. We also offer a variety of board games you are welcome to enjoy! The home also features multiple big screen, smart TVs, which come with the most commonly used streaming apps ready to go. Log into your own account and continue right where you left off on your favorite show!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and gadgets needed for home-cooked meals. Please feel free to inquire if you have any questions !
The washer and dryer are ready for your use and located in the laundry room.

On the main level, you will also find two of the bedrooms featuring King-sized beds and an attached bathroom. One of the bathrooms comes with a spacious walk-in shower with additional grab bars, making access easier.
The office is located on this level as well, providing a private workspace with desk, chair, and a futon. The half bathroom is located further down the hallway.

The remaining living spaces are located on the top floor and include 2 more bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The first guest bathroom features another gorgeous King-sized bed. The final bedroom features a bunkbed with the top and trundle Twin-sized beds and a full-sized bed in between.
The guest bathroom comes with a Jack and Jill - style vanity and shower-tub combination and a toilet.

Another highlight is the back deck. Enjoy the ponderosa pine-scented mountain air while relaxing in one of our loungers. We love to sit here and listen to the sounds of nature, be it songbirds, squirrels or the occasional deer walking by!

During your stay you will also be allowed to use our spacious two car garage. We even provide you with a garage door remote, to make access even more convenient.
