We were there on a chilly weekend and there were no blankets in the entire house. We had to take spreads off other beds to put on our beds. I texted the contact lady and left message to please drop blankets off and never heard from anybody.The furniture needs updating. Chair and sofa cushions have seen their day. I would not recommend this house for older people.

We are sorry your stay at our Seaview home was not up to your satisfaction. The owner and manager both looked for any messages from your phone number but do not find one. Our inventory of Linens, towels, and blankets is literally next door in the garage. The AC and Heat work great in that house so next time just turn the thermostat up some and if you do not get a text response then always call or email. This home is perfect for young and old as it has a built in ramp for a wheelchair on the front of it and it sits only 20 inches off the ground so either 2 steps or use the slight incline ramp. House furnishings all have slip covers so they are assured to be clean for each guest and the sofas and chairs are very comfortable. Combine the views, the closeness to the beach, and you will see many 5 star reviews on this great 2 bedroom 2 bath with Gulf Views, Lake, and Beach in best SE corner of Grayton Beach.

Location is Amazing!

This house is the ultimate beach house - cozy and so close to the beach. We had 4 people and one dog and had plenty of room. Home could use some TLC and bit of updating, but that won't stop us from coming back. This is our second time staying there and probably will not be our last.

Great little gem on the beach in Grayton!

I never thought I could get a small, inexpensive rental on the beach in Grayton. Everything around this property is huge with 5, 6, 7 bedrooms. All we needed were 2, and this is right across from the beach boardwalk. Lots of space, nice porch, easy to go back and forth to the beach multiple times per day. Also one block walk to the Red Bar and Chirringos. Well worth it with a small crew!

We would have enjoyed it more however if there had not been houses built right in front of it which obscures the view to dunes beach and water.

The house is nicely updated and very clean. Easy access to the beach and lake, nice views from the porch. We had a little trouble with the keypad but the property manager was prompt and very helpful. Busy Grayton experience

The beach is still beautiful but you share it with hordes of families. And driving anywhere is a nightmare.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location of this charming little cottage, right off the boardwalk in Grayton. It was perfect for our family of four, and we were thrilled to find a place that fit us so well so close to the beach/Red Bar/etc-- (most of the available rentals in that immediate area are 5 plus bedrooms and way too big for our crew). The expansive deck is the best feature and the house itself is a great mix of old school beach charm and modern appliances and furnishings. Definitely plan to return!
