All the beach gear you need for a day in the sun and on the sand is also included, with the seashore just a short walk out your front door. If you’re venturing out for shopping, dining, or nightlife, downtown St. Augustine is a 20-minute drive away. Even indoors you won’t be far from the water courtesy of the home’s charming coastal décor and partial ocean views. Calming neutral tones and classically modern furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere while porcelain flooring provides cooling comfort from the southern heat. Leather sofa seating in the living room offers a comfy spot for a lazy evening watching movies on the smart TV. A high-top kitchen table can comfortably seat 4 with barstool seating at the kitchen counter for 2 more. The kitchen is well-equipped and features two-tone cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and ample cookware. The choice of meals cooked at home or exploring takeout from a delicious local restaurant is entirely yours.



Back through the living room, step out onto the shaded balcony overlooking the community pool, furnished with outdoor lounge and café seating. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun peacefully rising over the water, welcoming a new and exciting day!
