Great rental!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our short stay at this rental. Super-clean, quiet, spacious, and close to the general store and beach. Bike rentals made it easy to get around.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto Dunes Resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Perfect location for Island activities.Our condo, however , was in need of repair and updates. The sheets had not been changed in the bedroom and had coffee and food on them. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were old and stained. The back steps were a safety hazard. I would definitely stay at Palmetto Dunes again but not this particular condo.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy Palmetto Dunes. The main office staff at the Welcome center is excellent and helpful. The unit we were in this year is desperately in need of renovation. It was the worst one we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was poorly stocked for basic cooking. Thankfully, the office staff got permission to get some (but not all) of the needed items and also got our totally plugged tub drains snaked out the very next day, after very brief showers the night before with water up over our ankles.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable stay in a clean and spacious home. The kitchen is large and the dining table is a very nice size. We loved the open floor plan. The cable went out and we needed service. The router in the master bedroom was not marked well and the 2 control switches on the walls need to be marked as such.
