Coin operated laundry facilities available in our building on both the 1st and 2nd floor.

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots/pans and utensils. Includes dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and garbage disposal. Sofa and recliners, with smart tv in living room. Private furnished balcony. Oceanfront swimming pool with our oceanfront building, available only to owners and tenants of APATB I. Beach chairs and beach umbrella included for your enjoyment! 2 parking passes included (1 spot per renter ON SITE; 1 additional pass can be used ACROSS the street from building, based on availability) Parking spots are for cars only. Our property is located ON the beach, next door to Ocean Annie's Bar (with live music during peak season) and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with access from the beach. MANY other Myrtle Beach favorites within walking distance, including the Apache Pier. Golf cart rentals are available next to Flip Flops Bar & Grill. Kroger and Walmart are within 3 miles for any grocery needs, offering contactless curbside pickup and delivery service. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and "Broadway at the Beach" are just a short ride to your south. "Barefoot Landing" with ample shopping and dining options are just a short ride to your north.
