The perfect escape for our large family!

PV Escape was the perfect getaway. The house had it all from the large, well stocked, professional kitchen to the outdoor area and pool, to the game room and large bedrooms. The location was ideal - definitely recommend the golf cart to get to the beach and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property - perfect for a corporate retreat. The upgraded rooms and bathrooms were designed very well, stunning, and there were so many great spaces for hosting and gathering. The outdoor area was a highlight, especially the putt-putt course. Would absolutely stay again!

We travel a lot, and by far this has been the best stay yet! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything was spotless, the pool was a dream, and the hot tub was incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house and decorated very well. However we advised host that no lightbulb in lamp, said they would bring it by, but never did. Felt that there could be more storage in downstairs bedrooms, basically had to live out of suitcase for the week. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed having the golf cart to get to the beach.

Hi Jan! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the home, appreciated the coastal décor, and had a wonderful time exploring the beach with the golf cart! We did want to mention that after you let us know about the lamp, a member of our team stopped by the next day and replaced the light bulbs. We're sorry if there was any confusion, as we always want to make sure maintenance requests are addressed as quickly as possible. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding additional storage in the downstairs bedrooms. Guest feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for future visitors! Thank you again for staying with us, and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back for another beach getaway! Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach

Amazing Stay

I have stayed with Welcome Home Rentals 4x now. They are my go-to for Jacksonville stays. Houses are always clean and well equipped. This house was fantastic with tons of room and very quiet! Convenient location to beach, shops or golf. Backyard and games in the garage are an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Great property! Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Pool and spa were heated and part of a fantastic outdoor space. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in…would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this house! It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and it’s about a 10 minute walk to a wide, white sanded beach. The house is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room and all of us enjoyed the heated pool and spa, the putting green and multiple games available. The property manager was very good about checking in to make sure all of our needs were met. We will be back!

Spring Break 2025

The house was absolutely beautiful. The kids loved being able to drive to the beach in the golf cart, and then come home to play in the pool. The neighborhood felt very safe and family oriented. Communication with the property manager was great!

Amazing House for our Family Visit

We had an wonderful stay with family for Thanksgiving. The double stoves came in handy for cooking. The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything we needed! The large dining room table was definitely a plus. The kids loved the game room and it was nice to have a separate space for them to watch TV, play ping pong and have air hockey tournaments. That being said, there was still enough seating for our party of 9 to enjoy movie nights together in the living room. The host was so responsive to all our inquiries before we rented. When we got there the house had EVERYTHING we needed so we didn't need to reach out again. Location was excellent with a Target, Publix and Ulta nearby. We didn't make it to the beach, but there was beach access a few blocks away. The pool and connected hot tub were perfect for the adults and the kids. Definitely would stay again and can't recommend this home enough.
