In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed perfect for relaxation, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a premium view of the iconic Burj Khalifa, complete with comfortable seating to relax and take in the scenery. Please note that there is construction activity on the balcony-facing side.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you'll need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy appliances.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to refresh yourself, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800.
