Located in the Cannes hinterland, between Grasse and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Maison Mastrorelli is an old 18th century hostel that reveals a refined, authentic and contemporary Mediterranean character.

With a particularly neat decoration, this bastide has been completely renovated while retaining its original materials.
Here everything calls for well-being, conviviality and comfort.
The space
The House Mastrorelli is a stone bastide of 240m2 on 3 levels offering 8 beds.
4 double rooms, all convertible into 2 single beds (2x80x200) on request and extra charge (50€/room) with private bathrooms, toilet and kimonos in natural hemp, offer you comfort and hotel services while giving you the feeling of being at home.

The outdoor spaces call for the sun, lounging, looking forward to meeting you, at the evenings in the garden, with cheerful dinners.
Depending on your desires, its 2000 m2 grounds, swimming pool, pleasure pool, kitchen, and summer lounge offer shade or clarity in multiple landscaped spaces.

The LIVING ROOM
A warm space of 40 m2, crossed by the sun, favoring ultra comfort, music and relaxation.
Its high ceiling adorned with a magnificent golden leaf light, its oak beams, its vast carved wooden fireplace, its original floor tiles and its linen sofa give the room a joyful and sophisticated serenity. In this room, no TV. The news stays right on the door, but the music is welcome. Whether you are a music lover or a musician, the vinyl corner, the connected mangis or the piano are at your disposal.

the DINING ROOM
Measuring 20 m2, with direct access to the garden, its solid oak farm table can accommodate eight people. Family and Mediterranean character, with terracotta suspensions and delicate niches on the wall.

The KITCHEN

A spacious kitchen of 16 m2, with a U-shaped worktop, brass faucets and gas stove. The fridge, freezer and built-in dishwasher escape the eyes and let the volume express itself in its Mediterranean tones.

Located on the 2nd floor of the house, a more luxurious serenity emanates from bedroom 111: it offers, in addition to its light and its privileged view, all the temptations and comfort so as not to leave the day.
Its bathtub/basin, nestled and lit like a design jewel in the bathroom, encourages relaxation as soon as you arrive.

EXTERIORS

THE SWIMMING POOL
Its 12m x 3.50 hallway, its stone slab heated by the sun, but also the solarium area that surrounds it, composed of a double bed, four deckchairs, four Chileans and a hammock, can alone make you lose any sense of time.

THE HOUSING BASIN
This former watering trough transformed into a luxurious mini pool with Mediterranean motifs sleeps four seated. Ideal for an aperitif, enjoying some freshness and remaking the world.

SUMMER COOKING
A covered summer kitchen with wood-fired stone barbecue, plancha, stone period basin and terracotta hangers.

OUTDOOR DINING AREA
Under the shaded gazebo, our oak table can accommodate 10 guests for all the meals of the day.

THE GARDEN ROOM
Day and night, its wooden armchairs and fire pit make it an irresistible place to relax and gather, a few meters from the swimming pool.

L'EPACE PÉTANQUE
Au Soleil or in the shade of the linden, its masonry bench and pétanque court have earned it its nickname of "little place". The piazzetta can also accommodate on request a table in banquet format, for the biggest celebrations (20 to 30 people).

Other things to note
The house is an old hostel, and like all relays, it is located close to the road and all amenities. So we are not isolated or lost in nature, even if once inside it is the feeling that the house can give. However, there is no overlook even if we have neighbors.

The house is located in a residential area where families and small children live.
Unfortunately, we have to be very strict on noise pollution in order to respect the surrounding area as much as possible.
We do not allow any music in the garden, and the volume of the enclosure inside will have to be reasonable day or night.
After 10:30 pm, we ask that you lower the level of conversations in the garden.
