Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

The Truman room is located on the 2nd floor and offers a cozy space with a queen bed and a PRIVATE shower bathroom. Quaint Key West lodging away from the hubbub of Duval St with very nice common areas and personal amenities - healthy snacks and thermal pitcher for filtered water always available. The bathroom was a little tight for 2 people, but definitely workable. The furnishings & linen were fresh, and the mattress was comfortable. I would recommend this property.

This guesthouse was in a quiet area of town, but still close to all the hotspots I wanted to see. Street parking was abundant and I will definitely stay here again.

Great place. Great location. Quiet and away from the noise. A wonderful respite. The access on foot to everything made for a very enjoyable 4 days. Arriving and finding some parking was a challenge, and to find a open spot can be done; With some patience. The public garage is not cheap so be prepared. The house is wonderful with the common area and complimentary items making the place welcoming and home feeling. The pool and patio were a nice touch, and the porch was perfect after a long day of exploration. Our host was most prompt with all questions and very helpful with assisting for other matters. The very small shower makes it difficult for two occupants, but alone it works great. The space for the toilet is very cramped, A real challenge for morning matters. The real issue we had was the bed. The bed albeit cute, and has a throwback feel, without doubt needs some tightening. It is loose and felt as though it was coming apart, which contributed to it being very noisy, which makes it difficult to sleep, especially sharing the bed. We will come back.

The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the whole house. We did not have a car, so no comment on parking. It was quite central to everything (walking distance), but also quiet. We even walked to the State Park beach, which was lovely. My only comment for future guests is that while very clean, the bathroom was very small. It was sufficient for us (both 200 lbs), but if you are large you might find the bathroom a little uncomfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
