This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath home seamlessly blends luxury, relaxation, and modern style. The open-concept layout features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large sliding doors that lead to an expansive screened lanai. Outdoors, enjoy a heated saltwater pool and spa, available seasonally from 7 AM to 10 PM, with an optional heating feature for $50 per night—perfect for cooler evenings. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill and comfortable seating, overlooks the tranquil canal, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining. A private mother-in-law suite adds extra convenience for extended stays.

For entertainment, all four bedrooms are equipped with TVs featuring ROKU, in addition to TVs with ROKU in the great room and outdoor kitchen area, ensuring endless streaming options throughout the home. The fourth bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or catching up on tasks. Elegant interiors and breathtaking waterfront views make this home the ultimate retreat for relaxation and entertainment.
Temperature Settings
To ensure your comfort, the home is set to maintain a pleasant range of 73-78°F for cooling and 68-72°F for heating. The thermostat is pre-programmed to maintain these settings for optimal comfort and efficiency. If you have any specific needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

This property has 3 exterior and 1 interior cameras: one monitors the driveway, one is a doorbell camera, and one overlooks the front side from the garage. Pool Heating
Available from 7 AM to 10 PM at extra charge of $40 per day. Perfect for cooler evenings and year-round enjoyment.

If you choose to add pool and spa heating during your stay, the cost is $40 per day. This charge will have to be paid prior to your arrival.

Pool & Dock Safety
