The Space:

The open floor plan features vaulted ceilings and wood flooring throughout. The living room has a plush sofa, armchair, electric fireplace, and smart TV, plus a full-size sofa sleeper for additional guests. The dining area seats 6, and the kitchen island adds barstool seating for 2 more. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and all cookware and dishes you'll need. The bedroom has a queen bed with fresh linens, a smart TV, and a futon for extra seating. There's also a bedroom kitchenette with a second refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The full bathroom offers a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are in-unit for your convenience. The private deck overlooks peaceful meadows where deer often wander by, with outdoor seating and a grill for summer barbecues. In winter, cozy up by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. In summer, step outside to explore miles of nearby trails. WiFi and streaming-capable smart TVs keep you connected. Driveway parking for 1 vehicle on the left side only.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Park in the driveway on the left side only, with space for 1 car maximum. The garage is not available for guest use. No overnight street parking is permitted in the community. The home is accessible year-round, though snow tires or all-wheel drive may be needed in winter months.



The Neighborhood:

🏔️ You're a short walk from Phil's Trail, a favorite for mountain biking and hiking with miles of scenic singletrack through ponderosa pine forest. The Deschutes River Trail is equally close, offering riverside paths perfect for trail running or a morning stroll. Widgi Creek Golf Course is within walking distance if you want to play a challenging round. Drive 10 minutes to the Old Mill District for shopping and Deschutes Brewery, or 12 minutes to downtown Bend for access to dozens of restaurants, brewpubs along the Bend Ale Trail, and local shops. The High Desert Museum is about 15 minutes south, showcasing live wildlife and regional history. Wanoga Snow Play Area is 11 minutes away for sledding and snowshoeing in winter. Mt Bachelor ski resort is under 20 minutes, offering world-class downhill skiing and snowboarding. Cascade Lakes Highway provides summer access to countless alpine lakes for boating, paddleboarding, and fishing.



Getting Around:

The home is located off Century Drive in the Widgi Creek community in southwest Bend. From downtown Bend, head west on Franklin Avenue, which becomes Galveston Avenue and then Century Drive. The drive takes about 12 minutes. Mt Bachelor is 18 minutes west on Century Drive (Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway). The Old Mill District is 10 minutes east via SW Century Drive and Colorado Avenue. Redmond Airport is about 30 minutes north via Highway 97. Portland is approximately 3 hours northwest via Highway 97 and Highway 26.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found
