The Residences of Lighthouse Cove Unit 407 is a freshly painted unit featuring two-bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is just one block from the beach! The fully-equipped kitchen is every cook's dream with stainless steel appliances; granite countertop; a breakfast bar with four newly covered bar stools; plus everything you could need to prepare and serve amazing meals. The spacious living and dining area is the focus, with comfortable, luxury seating for family and guests, all complimenting a flat screen TV atop the gas fireplace. The living area features a dry cleaned, slip covered, pull-out couch for additional sleeping needs. The luxurious master bedroom, with new carpet, includes a queen-size bed and adjoining ensuite with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The quaint second bedroom, also with new carpeting, features a double/single bunk bed. Enjoy the outdoor pool, only for condo owners and condo guests. From the Fourth Floor Plaza you can watch the sunset from the community fire pit and BBQ grill area, or just relax and enjoy Dewey Beach and the stunning mid-Atlantic coastline from high above beach crowds. Guests at The Residences of Lighthouse Cove also receive access to many of the Hyatt Place Hotel's amenities. You can float in the indoor pool or work out using the fitness equipment. Garage restrictions- max height 6'6, no oversized vehicles permitted and all roof racks must be removed before entering the garage. If your vehicle doesn't fit under the building, you will need to purchase an on street parking from the city (parking permits are required May 15- Sept 15).

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $180.50.

3 Night Stays- May and September

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
