The Space:

The first thing that washes over you when you enter this dreamy dominion is the wide-open space with its vaulted ceilings and stunning décor. Relaxing here and kicking off your shoes seems easy, as the large fireplace and comfy couches in the living room draws you in, but there is a lot more to see…



You decide to take a right and check out the ultra-convenient mudroom leading from the garage, with ample storage and seating to store, and change in-and-out of that snow gear. As you keep going you discover the magnificent chef’s kitchen, fully loaded, and featuring a lovely breakfast nook with large windows, flooding the area in natural light as you grab a front seat to the snow falling outside.



Next to the kitchen is an uber cool bar and lounge area, where you can mix it up with some cocktails and friends or family before heading out to the incredible, large, and super private deck with its private hot tub.



If collapsing on a comfy couch in front of the fire with a movie book or beverage is more your style, we got you covered. There is a large living room with a see-through fireplace, TV, and lots of windows. On the other side of the fireplace is the dining room where the warm morning light welcomes you to a new day while sipping on your morning coffee at the oversized dining table, with enough space to feed the whole crew before hitting the slopes!



Before checking out the bedrooms you venture downstairs to the mirrored fitness room with its top-notch equipment and plenty of space. Opposite the fitness room is the home theatre with a video projector and huge screen with surround sound. If its peace and quiet you need to knock out some work, you will find an extra room with a desk and lots of natural light and a sliding door leading to the back yard. On this level you will also find a cozy king bedroom and another guest room with a full bed and a kitchenette for snacks and beverages and a full bathroom with vanity sink and a large shower tub.



Back upstairs you finally get a chance to check out the Master bedroom with its comfy king bed and flooded with natural light. The Master boasts a magnificent En-suite Bathroom featuring tasteful rusting finishes, double-sinks, and a stunning oversized walk-in shower with bright subway tiles. On the main level there are two more cozy Queen Bedrooms across from another full bathroom with shower tub combo.
