Each of the four bedrooms has its own full ensuite bathroom, for the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

The principal bedroom has a king bed with its own private balcony for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

The other three bedrooms have queen beds.

The full property is available for your enjoyment except for access to the garage.

During your stay you have the full team of LaTray Stays online for any questions you have, and of course we are available by phone for urgent requests. Please check the home manual for details.

The house sleeps up to eight guests in four beds. If you have 2-3 more guests staying overnight, please contact the host to enquire on additional airbeds.

Up to two pets allowed during the stay, if approved by host. Please enquire. Additional pet fee is $30/pet per night.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
