About this space

Nestled just steps away from Big Bear Snow Play and across the street from the convention center, we're the ideal spot if you're visiting for Oktoberfest or looking to enjoy the best of the mountains! Our charming cabin features a spacious deck with an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, gas firepit, and Adirondack chairs—perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Inside, you can cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, stream your favorite shows with our free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, or sip cocoa while soaking in the view from the master bedroom balcony. Whether you're cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the deck, there's plenty of space to gather with loved ones and savor the mountain atmosphere. The spacious backyard is perfect for stargazing, making s’mores, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure in Big Bear.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin daybed & a pull-out twin bed. Living room sofa can be pulled out to create a mega-couch for lounging and sleeping.

Downstairs bathroom has a full bathtub, and the upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.

In our kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals, including a full set of dinnerware, wine glasses, silverware, pots and pans, a blender, stand mixer, and a variety of cooking utensils. From oven mitts to placemats, we’ve got you covered so you can focus on relaxing and creating memories. Feel free to use the dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze after meals, and take advantage of the full washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Important Notes:

Holiday & Snow Season: These are our busiest times, and the higher rates during peak seasons allow us to maintain the magic of our cabin all year round. If you're booking during these times, you’re planning ahead, and we applaud your savvy! We do tend to book up months in advance, so you've secured a special spot for your getaway.

Winter Weather: If snow is in the forecast, be prepared with chains or a 4x4 vehicle. Please note that we don't offer refunds or discounts for weather-related challenges, so plan ahead and enjoy the winter wonderland!

Mountain Wildlife: Being in the heart of nature means you might encounter local wildlife like ants, spiders, chipmunks, and sometimes even bears or coyotes. This is all part of the mountain experience! While we have measures in place to minimize their presence, storing food in sealed containers is always a good idea.

Pet Policy: While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets due to allergies.

Big Bear City Vacation Rental Code:

- Exceeding the occupancy limit or partying can result in a $500 fine or eviction.
- Noise heard at the property line at any point during your stay can result in a $500 fine and eviction. The quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Excessive noise and outdoor activities during quiet hours can result in a $500-$1000 fine and eviction.
- Parking is limited to 2 cars and must be parked in the driveway. Parking on the street or exceeding the number of cars permitted can result in a $500 fine and eviction.
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.
