Native Spirit Cabin at Base Camp

Hi Bob, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. The cabin was cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, including fresh linens. We did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding cleanliness. Our check-in instructions provide a direct phone number specifically so any issues can be resolved immediately, and we would have promptly addressed or remedied any concerns had we been contacted. The grill is not listed as an included amenity for this cabin. While we are often willing to accommodate requests, this requires direct communication, which we did not receive through our primary contact method provided. Regarding the outdoor furniture, we will inspect it to ensure it is in proper condition. As for the trash area, this was due to a recent wildlife incident involving a bear accessing the dumpster. The lids have since been reinforced, and the area was cleaned promptly by staff that morning. We strive to provide a positive experience for all guests and take feedback seriously as we continue to improve.
