The Smart TV supports streaming with personal logins, though no services are provided.

For families, we offer a high chair, pack-n-play, and child-friendly dining ware.

Sleeping Arrangements: The bedroom features a king bed located in the loft, accessible via a steep ladder. This may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. A queen air mattress is available on the main floor as an alternative.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities. Please note: the driveway requires a tight turn onto the road, so take care when entering and exiting.

Additional Rules:

No parties, events, or large gatherings

Must be at least 25 years old to book

Valid photo ID may be required at check-in

External security camera overlooks driveway and entry for safety; no interior monitoring

Unregistered guests, noise disturbances, or rule violations may result in removal or fees

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM

Respect the property and its furnishings

Clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in bear-proof receptacles

Guests must comply with occupancy limits

No check-outs permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

Before Departure:

Empty refrigerator

Place trash in bear-proof bins

Leave sheets and comforters on beds

Place used towels in the bathtub

Lock all doors and windows

Supplies: We provide starter supplies, but guests may need to bring additional items such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.

Rental Terms Summary:

No smoking or vaping indoors ($200 fee applies for violations)

No unauthorized guests or overnight visitors

Use appliances only as intended

Parking in designated areas only

No daily housekeeping

Guests assume responsibility for any personal loss, damage, or injury

Septic system in use: flush toilet paper only; no feminine products or grease down sinks

No refunds for weather or road conditions; 4WD recommended in winter

Damage to property is charged based on severity; guests must report damage promptly

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Forgotten item return fee: $75

Excessive mess may result in deep-cleaning fees ($100–$200)

All cancellations and date changes follow the stated policy; travel insurance is recommended

Pet Policy:
We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly.
