Situated directly on the oceanfront of beautiful Panama City Beach on the 10th floor of The Summit, this 1-bedroom condo is the perfect escape for couples and small groups on a beachside getaway. This stunning home features 180-degree views of the vibrant blue water, especially alluring from the shaded balcony where guests can lounge in the salty air from the comfortable outdoor seating. The sand itself is just steps away, following the resort boardwalk to the private beachfront. Even when you are relaxing inside, the ocean is never far away thanks to the beautiful views. The inviting living room features new plush seating and a large smart tv, perfect for laid-back movie nights. The open concept flows right into the quaint kitchen, complete with standard appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. There are 3 additional barstool seats, great for casual breakfast and reading with your morning coffee.



This home sleeps up to 5 guests between 1 private bedroom and additional sleeping spaces. The home’s single private bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Guests will also find a nook with twin size bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The home has an additional half-bathroom.

- For chair/umbrella use, you will check in with the beach kiosk with your room number.

- An additional $27 resort fee is due upon arrival. Guests will pay fee at the front desk to receive 1 parking pass and a maximum of 5 wristbands. Additional parking passes may be purchased upon availability.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
