BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
The property features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two luxurious king suites, each equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment. The third bedroom is a cozy queen suite, also with a Smart TV. In addition, there is an additional full bed and a twin bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or families.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, designed for comfort and privacy, along with a half bath for added convenience. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meal prep and cooking. It includes a Crockpot, blender, large griddle, coffee maker for grounds, coffee grinder, French press, toaster, and tea kettle, along with many other essentials. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats 8-9 guests, perfect for shared meals, while the spacious kitchen island offers additional seating for 4. Whether you're cooking a family feast or enjoying morning coffee, this kitchen and dining space are set up for convenience and comfort.

LOUNGE SPACES
The lounge area offers a cozy and inviting space to unwind. A large sectional provides plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The centerpiece of the room is a 75-inch television, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows in style. Whether you're lounging after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet evening in, this living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax.

OUTSIDE SPACE
This outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. At its heart is a sparkling pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, with an adjacent spa for ultimate relaxation. Sun loungers surround the pool, offering a comfortable spot to soak up the sun. A charcoal BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking, making it great for casual meals and gatherings. The large, fenced-in yard provides plenty of privacy and room for outdoor activities, creating a safe, spacious environment for all. Additionally, two cozy porch areas are perfect for unwinding and enjoying your favorite beverage.

💧RESORT STYLE SALTWATER POOL/SPA💧
• Spa heating is available for an extra $100 per night and must be reserved for the entire stay. Pool cannot be heated. Please contact the host to add this option to your booking.
• The spa takes ~30-60 minutes to heat up once turned on, depending on the outside temperature. (It won’t be warm when you arrive).
• No glass is allowed in the pool area or on the deck. We provide durable plastic cups and dishes for your use (If glass enters the pool or spa, you'll be responsible for all costs to restore it).
• Do not adjust the pool equipment. Unauthorized adjustments will result in a $500 fine.
• The pool area is not for events, and outside guests not on your reservation are not allowed in the pool or on the property.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially when outdoors and around the pool.

• Only the spa is able to be heated if you choose to add spa heating to your reservation. The pool itself is unable to be heated.

• The guest count includes all adults and children over 12 months and represents the maximum number of people allowed on the property during your stay. If the number of guests exceeds what was stated, you will be charged for the full length of your reservation for each additional guest.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially when outside or around the pool.
• This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed, as this is a pet-free home.
• Tampering w/ pool equipment (aside from using the display to control spa heating) is not allowed and will result in a $500 fine.
