Hi, I’m Ami Pierce. I live in Atlanta, GA with my partner Casey and his daughter. I am an avid traveler and have visited 54 countries and counting.
I’m also incredibly passionate about designing and building beautiful homes. It was a hobby for most of my life until I realized it could be my career. I recently hung up my hat in corporate to become a full time entrepreneur. My first ventures have been in launching three properties I built and designed for rent to my guests. I’m so excited to get to share my homes that not only look great, but feel amazing with others. Getting to hear people’s excitement during and after their stay fills me with so much joy. I imagine it’s kind of like how an artist feels when someone is touched by their work.

I've lived in the Atlanta area for 24+ years. The Old Fourth Ward neighborhood emerged as the hot new, transiting scene around 2015. I moved there with a friend in 2016 and completely fell in love with the neighborhood - it's so walkable, the vibe is great, and there are so many fun things to do and yummy restaurants to try. In 2019, I spotted the land for sale - it was just a couple blocks from my apartment. I took a leap of faith and decided to put in an offer. Another bidder beat me to it so I thought I had lost the property for good. Five days later I received a call that my backup offer had been accepted and I was thrilled to be able to bring the vision for this property to life.

I designed and built the property from the ground up. Every single item in the house is a reflection of me and the experience I wanted to give my guests. I'm an incredibly sensitive person so I design my properties to be soothing to the nervous system - every little detail has been considered. It's also been a spot that several Hollywood stars have called home during filming in Atlanta. :)
