Schlafen Sie gut im Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Hauptbad und 32-Zoll-Fernseher. Für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten bietet das zweite Schlafzimmer zwei Queensize-Betten und ist auch mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Das dritte Schlafzimmer oder die Nebensuite bietet zwei zusätzliche Queensize-Betten (ADA-Einheit bietet ein Kingsize-Bett), ein Schlafsofa, einen Tisch mit Stühlen, einen Fernseher, einen Minikühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein drittes Badezimmer.

Die gut ausgestattete voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Corian®-Arbeitsplatten und Markengeräte wie einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle. Eine Standard-Kaffeemaschine, ein Toaster, ein Mixer sowie ein kompletter Satz an Essgeschirr und Kochgeschirr werden mitgeliefert. Der Essbereich bietet einen großen Ausziehtisch mit Platz für acht Personen. Zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten für Gäste sind an der Küchentheke verfügbar. Die mit Kiefernholz akzentuierte Wand im Wohnzimmer passt gut zum Steinkamin, dem 42-Zoll-Fernseher und dem Queensize-Schlafsofa aus Leder. Ein Liebessitz, ein Akzentstuhl und ein Kaffeetisch - großartig für Unterhaltung - vervollständigen den gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Zusätzlich zu den oben genannten Bädern gibt es eine dritte Badewanne im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Alle sind voll ausgestattet mit Handtüchern, Toilettenartikeln und einem Haartrockner (ADA-Einheit verfügt über ein universell zugängliches Badezimmer). Für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgen ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Haus und Büro sind nur einen Klick entfernt mit kostenlosem WI-FI. Die Cedar Stone Condos-Suites befinden sich direkt gegenüber dem Spring Brook's Clubhouse, in dem sich die Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, Innen- / Außenpools, ein Fitnessraum, ein Golfplatz und ein Pro-Shop befinden. Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für maximal 14 Personen. Die Preise basieren auf 8 Personen über 3 Jahren. Für jeden weiteren Gast wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 15 USD pro Nacht erhoben. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back again! Great location, this time we had smaller group and stayed in 2 condo rooms instead of house! Condo was as great as the house! Love staying here!

The perfect stay!

We had an incredible stay at the Spring Brook resort! Our group was very comfortable in the condo. There are also great amenities within the resort like the clubhouse, restaurant, and pool! I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay again!

We loved the room there was in the A & B units. It was great to have activities close.

We loved being close to the restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner, the pool and all the games and toys for our three year old grandson!

Home away from home!

Me and my family were so comfortable that they didnt wanna go back home. Lol! The beds are super comfortable and the space was perfect for my family of 8, was very clean.Having the pool was a exiting bonus Im sure the summer is even funner as we went in spring. This place had plenty of everything when it comes to the kichen utensils. Stores were near by..My family and I are definitely returning to this place.

Family/Friend Summer Fun

This property was great for our group of two families with kids ranging from 3-10 years old. I love the indoor and outdoor pool options, along with the outdoor bar serving food and drinks. All the accommodations were great for a fun family vacation. Along with being able to buy tickets for attractions right at the front desk. Great all around!

Great Family Girls Weekend

The condo was perfect for all of the girls in the family to have a great getaway. Everyone had their own place to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The location is great, so quick and easy to get anywhere in the Dells. This place fit our needs perfectly. Having the full kitchen to make a meal was great and the dining table expanded to fit 8 comfortably. Pool area was really nice. Didn't have a chance to use the large outdoor fire pit in back, but it sure looked awesome. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a fantastic weekend, lots of great laughs were had and many family memories were made.

Wine weekend with friends

We visited a number of wineries during our stay. The condo was very nice. It was clean and had a good amount of linens & dishes/cookware. The bedding is very outdated & could use updating. I don’t understand why there were envelopes out for tipping the cleaning staff when we paid a cleaning fee. I’ve never seen this at a vrbo. Overall, a nice stay.

Great Family Getaway

Spent a few days with the family as a little getaway. The condo was spacious and clean. The golf course was well maintained. The kids had a great time using the pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the wait staff, food, and setting was awesome! The staff that we dealt with were friendly and courteous. The only thing negative thing was there was a shelf in the fridge that was broken. Minor thing compared to all the other positives I mentioned. We would definitely come back!

A shelf was broken in our fridge. We also had issues with keys to our room. We had to go back to the desk everyday to get new ones. We also had an issue of other people trying to get into our room. The person at the front desk told them their room number (which was ours). They double booked our room and it was a big inconvenience because our key cards got deactivated. Wasn’t too happy about this.

Outstandig for our family of 11

Our 4-day stay at Spring Brook condo was a wonderful experience. The three bedroom/3 bath condo was very clean, well stocked with cookware, tableware, & paper supplies, and very roomy for our family of 11. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Two of the three refrigerator door shelves had no brackets to hold bottles, etc. That was an inconveniece. They should be replaced.We went down to use the grill one evening and found the propane tank empty. We called the office and someone came within ten minutes with a new tank. It was nice to have grilling utensils in the kitchen to use at the outside grill.The pizzas we enjoyed at the restaurant were very tasty. The server was very friendly and attentive. We didn't have a long wait for our 3 pizzas and beverages.. Having the pools so close was a big plus. I thought the water was very cloudy, so maybe more chemical use was needed for the numbers of people who swam each day. It was nice to be able to walk to the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We took advantage of the special rates at the connecting golf course. We had a thoroughly enjoyable golfing experience. The course was well maintained and the staff at the pro shop were very helpful, polite, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It is a wonderful location. Its away from the busyness of the Dells, but close enough to go to attractions easily. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Girls' Weekend

We have stayed at this property before and had a wonderful time. This year, we did not have access to the internet for the entire weekend, a toilet ran for the the entire time and we had a bit of a rude encounter with one of the desk personnel. We called and asked about the inability to get internet access and the toilet issue. A repairman was sent (it took a few hours, but he apparently had many problems to attend to at that time). We were told the toilets were the issue and there was nothing that could be done for us. He tried to check on the internet, but was unable to do anything as that was not his expertise. This man was very nice and tried, but nothing changed. We called a one more time that evening to see if the internet problem could be resolved but were told that there should not have been a problem. Called the next morning to ask about the internet( one member of the group had work to finish). This time the desk person was rude and the problem was never resolved for the weekend.

Weekend Getaway

We had a cousin’s getaway planned for the weekend. This property was perfect for our group! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the unit! We all agree we will definitely come back.
