Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo I was in for the month of March was in a nice location and very quiet. Unfortunately the bed in this one bedroom condo has a very old and extremely uncomfortable mattress. I had to go out the second day and buy a topper for the mattress to make it somewhat comfotable. OftenI needed to go out to the couch to try to sleep. The couch and chairs are very worn and do need replacing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental runs from 7/1/14 to 1/14/15. Our stay here has been wonderful. The staff is exellant. The condo was clean, furnished well, with good views. The patio faces the mountains and we sit out early in the morning and late in the day. When the heat moderates in October we will sit out there more. Inside and out side it is very quiet. Shopping and restaurants are a half mile away...we especially like the Inca restaurant. We have stayed in three properties on Kolb Road; this is the best one.

A nice experience

The view from our deck was awesome with a view into the wash. There we saw rabbits,gophers,ground squirrels,quail,doves hawks,cardinals,coyotes, and even a bobcat. We walked the wash almost daily, and since the far side of it is against many greens of Ventana Golf Course, we found over 100 golf balls! Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The management team helped with any questions we had. Great folks to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love coming here each year. This year, for the first time I had a one bedroom with a den. Great view and I appreciated the quietness. Kitchen items were adequate and lots of towels. The mattress has seen quite a bit of wear and the quilt on the bed, though very colorful, was rather heavy ... suede. Overall the condo is very cozy and I liked the wall hangings. Hope I can get it for next year.

Perfect for morning birding!

We loved sitting on the 2nd story deck with our coffee in the morning and watch the birds. View is towards the Catalinas and across Ventana Wash. It was perfect for us! Hope to stay here again next year!

The apartment is clean, well organized and has everything you need but the real benefit is how the back windows keep you connected to the desert and the mountains. PS Would you believe that the photo is actually a picture of a Golf Course hidden amongst the brush and hills, invisible- you won't know its there unless you visit it.
