This condo has especially nice southwestern furnishings and is kept very clean. Only drawbacks are that you've got to climb some stairs, and the kitchen is small.

A Wonderful Experience

The condo was impeccably clean upon our arrival and came with everything we needed for a comfortable and most enjoyable stay. The place was decorated throughout in an artsy Southwestern style, making it easy for us to feel at home in the Sonoran Desert (we live in Ireland). Our favourite thing to do was to sit on the balcony facing the magnificent Catalina mountain range and experience the most amazing wildlife and weather events up close, especially during the morning and evening hours. The location was perfect for us, not only quiet and beautiful but also very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Jeanine at Spectrum Real Estate was extremely helpful in making our time in Tucson a memorable one. We have now rented a condo in three different locations in the Foothills and this was our best experience by far. We hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful vacation spot in the Catalina Foothills.

Love the mountain view!

A great foothills location. Close to Sabino Canyon, and a few stores nearby will have essentials. You won't fit many people into the cozy kitchen but that's rarely a problem.

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was exactly as represented. Others have said this, but the condo was amazingly clean. The view from the back patio, living room and master bedroom are amazing. The neighborhood is super private and quiet. We really appreciated the extras like pool towels, crock pot, binoculars, and laundry soap. Proximity to Sabino Canyon is another huge bonus. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was finding the condo, but that was because we arrived after dark. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Excellent stay

Property is just as described. Clean, welcoming, homey. Small touches make the difference, book collection, Kleenex placed, amazon Alexa, Keurig machine binoculars, it actually feels like you’re visiting a relatives home. I stayed for 30 days and hated to move to another unit. The view tops it off, beautiful mountain view. I would definitely stay again. The only mishap I had was being given an incorrect code for key box resulting in me sitting outside until I received the correct code.

Arizona Christmas

The condo was beautiful, the location didn't hurt. We hiked almost every day in Sabino Canyon. It was great to spend time outside. A couple things could have been helpful There were only two facial clothes in the condo, so we had to purchase a couple. There is no rolling pin in the kitchen, and we also had to purchase some kitchen wash clothes. These were minor issues, maybe affected because of the length of our stay. But we have no issues, as you can see, with the condo or the location. It was exactly what the doctor order for both of us.

We enjoyed the restaurants closeby especiall Gavi and Commoner and Co. We also enjoyed some wonderful hikes including the Sabino Canyon hike in close proximity to the condo. The hike up Pima Canyon was also a good one along with hiking in Saguaro National Monument East. We also took a drive to Tubac and Madera Canyon which are both neat areas to visit.

A great month in the sun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for the restrictions on the pool and fitness center our stay was wonderfully enjoyable. I must say that the "requirement" of mask wearing to enter the pool, schlepping our own furniture to the pool at reserved/assigned times was at best a ludicrous attempt by the HOA to mitigate covid exposure. who ever came up with those rules knew nothing of the exposure risks of the virus. Consequently we disregarded masks and appointments and laughed at the "requirement" to clean the associations' poolside furniture. Aside from the ineffective and intrusive scare tactics imposed on us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay made especially good due the efforts of Jeanine. Many thanks to her. The HOA may want to relate to some of their owner residents that visitors are friendly and not the intruders they make us out to be.
