For lazy days spent at home, you’ll find plenty of excitement to keep you busy between a private fenced in backyard with grills and patio table and the lively game room offering a pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, and table for enjoying a snack or playing a round of cards. When it comes to exceptional views and access to a variety of entertainment, Lakeview Country Villa has you covered!

The distinctive features inside the home are sure to delight as well, starting with the southwest-inspired living room with its exposed brick look, comfy sofa, and armchair seating. Enjoy a quiet moment of downtime catching up on your favorite shows or gather a small group together for a movie. A hidden book nook on the 1st level is the ideal place to catch up on your reading. The eat-in kitchen is spacious enough for a crowd, well-equipped with all standard appliances, cookware, dining ware, and even a full-size, theater popcorn machine! Should the mood strike you to whip up a home cooked meal or two, this space can accommodate it all. Enjoy your fare at one of the two dining tables, each with seating for 6, or take it outside on the second-level deck to dine al fresco in the fresh Texas air. Peaceful mornings can also be spent here, soaking in lake views of a semi-private residential lake and quiet moments with your morning coffee.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and access onto the deck.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds, smart TV, and access onto the deck.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 full guest bathrooms with oversized vanities and walk-in showers.

• Driveway and street parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
• Please note that this unit is a sister unit to Lakefront Daze. Guests may see other guests of this property coming and going. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined/parent unit, Lakeside Playground, for complete access to the entire property.
• Please note that guests of this unit, Lakeview Country Villa (streetside house), do not have lake access. Lake access is exclusive to guests who rent either the entire property (Lakeside Playground) or the lakefront house (Lakefront Daze).
