Sie können für Meilen und Meilen und Aussicht von diesem 7. Etage Ecke 2 Zimmer Wohnung zu sehen. Blick auf die Küstenwasser Wasserweg und dem Golf von Mexiko, so weit das Auge sehen kann. Große Komplex mit Tennis, Pool und eine große Indian Shores Lage! Die Master Suite bietet ein Queensize-Bett, während das 2. Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten bietet. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa für einen zusätzlichen Gast oder zwei. Kaffee wird nie mehr dieselbe sein! Es gibt so viel zu tun in Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club von Putting Green, Fahrräder, Tagesdocks, Schwimmbad, Whirlpool und einfachen Zugang zum Strand, kann Ihr Urlaub alle an einem Ort gefunden werden!

Fantastic rental with great views!

This place was great! My kids loved the pickle ball courts, pool, and hot tub. The condo was clean, with plenty of room for everyone. The location had Smugglers cove miniature golf directly next door which was an added bonus! Everyone in the building were extremely nice!

Daughters Sweet 16 Vacation

This property was absolutely beautiful and included everything and more to enjoy our week vacation. Parking was perfect. Beautiful views and close to many restaurants, shopping and other beach towns, but is still a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This was everything we had hoped for. Amazing views and quiet. The condo was equipped with everything you might need for the beach or for just staying in on a rainy day. Would definitely stay again.

We actually had a situation that happen with another party in our group that stayed in a different condo, and I contacted seaside properties and they went above and beyond to help out. Gave me contact information for bay shores property management and even went as far as making a phone call to help out. They reached out our first day there making sure everything was great and hoped we enjoyed our first night and always let us know if we needed anything at all they were there to help.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed this property very much. We had our two teen kids and let them each bring a friend- so two adults and four teens. The property owners were very generous with their belongings. They left us: beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella (WITH a sand digger), tennis racquets, golf clubs, and bikes. This kept our teens busy! I did think there was a laundry room in our condo, but there was not. There is a laundry room on the fourth floor that takes credit cards. I was a little bummed about not renting on the beach this year, but we saw dolphins and manatee from our balcony almost daily. The kids used the pool a lot and it was a short walk to the beach. The area has lots of options for souvenir shopping, restaurants, and bars that are within walking distance. Taking the trolly cost $2.25 a person (or $5.00 a day) and was super easy to use. It was our first time staying in Indian Shores. We’ve stayed at neighboring beaches before, but would opt to come back to this area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management was very helpful when it was discovered that our original property was not as described. We were lucky that it was not yet peak season and we could be switched to another property. This location was wonderful-from the front we could see the gulf along with the beautiful sunsets and from the balcony gorgeous sights which included sunrises, dolphins and many birds. The other residents were very friendly and the week we were there this location was having a meet and greet and everyone was invited. The twin bed mattresses and couch could use replacement as it was hard to get off the couch as the cushions were worn and too soft and the twin mattresses had no support. Also the code to the men's Sauna did not work. We did enjoy our stay and its location as it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and we would definitely book through Seaside Property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to choose another unit, because our unit on the beach was having work done last minute. So, this was not our first choice. We prefer on the beach and in Indian Rocks Beach. We stayed in early July for two weeks.Pros: * Covered parking spot* Views were pretty nice on the intracoastal* Beach access across the parking lot (long lot though)* Location - close to Park Blvd. for access inland quickly* Quiet-ish building & neighborsCons:* Air ran all the time! Could've been on 77 or 72 - didn't matter, it ran and it was loud & didn't really cool* Elevator near us seemed to not work quite a bit, but used the stairs more, so I guess this is a pro and con * Pool was cloudy & pretty small for such a large building* The front bedroom didn't cool at all. If you enjoy 78 in a bedroom, this is for you* No ceiling fans, just small tabletop fans* Always smelled damp & humid - had to buy the Damp Rid bags to help alleviate the smell. Stayed in a lot of properties in this area, and have never had an all-the-time-smell of dampness, but there appeared to be some water damage stains on the ceiling in the dining area by the exterior window. Don't know if this was part of the issue.* Laundry on site, but not in unit, which is always preferredThe property seemed to be clean except for some massive dust bunnies under the beds in the front bedroom. Sharon and her team are always great to work with.Property was close to the Gulf Blvd amenities nearby. Mini golf is right next to the complex and we walked there. Birds and wildlife on property were cool to see from the patio out back. Sunset was a pretty view in the front of the unit.Unit might work well for some, but it was a miss for our family. We will secure a rental through Seaside next year back in Indian Rocks Beach.

Hopefully you do some updates to your property. The lack of updates would be the only thing preventing me from booking the property again. Two things that exceeded our expectations. Sitting on the 7th floor patio, you will see several dolphins passing thru. Second, there is an awesome mini golf course within 100 yards where you can play golf and feed actual alligators. Good times.

Enjoyed the views and wildlife.

The scenic views were beautiful, and we enjoyed the wildlife. The cross-breeze was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. An old, used coffee filter was left in the coffeemaker. There were some dust bunnies that came out from under the bed when the wind blew in the windows. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and feel we would rent this place again.

Great, overall

Overall, great place to stay. Could have used some deeper cleaning, but view is incredible and location to beach is awesome. Not within walking distance to grocery store, but definitely walking distance to beach.

It was spacious for our family of 5, clean, and had everything we needed from the kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, storage containers), balcony had plenty of seating and tables along with a beautiful view, fans, beach rafts/toys/chairs, tennis rackets, and 2 bikes (1 bike had issues with a wheel), and the most amazing water views from every window. A quick walk to the beach and of course you need to go play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove!

Beautiful Views!

This corner condo had wonderful views from the master bedroom and the balcony! There were lots of beach items to use in the closet, and the condo was nicely decorated. We've stayed in other condos in this building, and this was the nicest thus far - brighter and more spacious than other units. We had a great vacation, despite the Red Tide issues!
