Dieses schƶne 3BR / 3BA-Privathaus SLEEPS 8 befindet sich einen Block von der Zufahrt zum Strand entfernt und liegt direkt gegenĆ¼ber dem Gemeinschaftspool Frangista Beach. (Codes fĆ¼r den Zugang zum Strand und zum Pool-Tor werden den GƤsten zur VerfĆ¼gung gestellt.)

Entdecken Sie neue FuƟbƶden, 11 Meter hohe Decken und wunderschƶne Mƶbel, sobald Sie durch die EingangstĆ¼r dieses zweistƶckigen Strandhauses treten. Versammeln Sie sich in der offenen GourmetkĆ¼che und im Wohn- und Essbereich im ersten Stock. We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and canā€™t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You canā€™t beat it.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. It was close enough to the action of Destin without being right in the mix, and also walking distance to the private beach. We enjoyed having our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella each day. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying at Aquaholic and will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was great. The reservations, payment, check-in, and check-out procedures were very easy. The use of the Frangista app with all the codes made it very easy. There was plenty of room at the beach which is not necessarily the case when staying in some of the condos nearby. We will be staying with Frangista Beach Properties again.

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this home several times now. It is beautiful and very convenient to the beach, pool, and stores. The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.

We had a great time and made beautiful memories! A little walk to coffee shop, winery, souvenir shops and restaurants. Great communication with property management.
